Rei Tomizawa's Submission Clinic #1-Aoko

Sephora raised her hand ready to tap out, she'd wait until she flet some discomfort as Aoko slowly applied pressure as everything seemed to be good. She smiled at Aoko pleasantly as she looked up at her. She gritted her teeth a little as she felt some pain and then lightly tapped the girl's thigh.

"Hmm...." Rei said as she leaned in inspecting the arm lock as she tilted her head side to side. "Not bad...not bad... looks like all the pieces are there! yeah... looks like it's good! Just remember to apply more pressure when you're really fighting. Alright! Now i'll show you a second armbar..."

The purple haired girl then laid on her back as she motioned Aoko to come towards her. When she would come forward, Rei would open up her legs and try to lock her ankles behind Aoko's back rather held her in place then try to squeeze her.

"This is called the guard... once you get good with submissions, this is actually a great place to be. You just got to remember that it's a general rule that if you're the one on bottom, you need to bring your opponent close and when you're on top you need to satay as far away from your opponent as possible." Rei reasoned as she nodded her head.

As soon as Sephora tapped the actress would let go of the beautiful blond haired girl's hand and then pull away a bit from her to move up to her knees, looking on a bit concerned at Sephora for a little while before the girl's smile and such re-assured her that everything was okay.

At Rei's praise Aoko would smile and but on a very warm looking face, she was kind of happy that it apparently was going well for her at this training session, which was something that made her smile quite a bit. " Ah! I got it! Apply pressure! I'll remember that Rei-sensei." Aoko let out kinda happy before she would look on at Rei for a second, " a second one ? oooooooo?" Aoko let out as she was throughly interested in learning more way to do an arm bar, one of the few holds that she was pretty good at applying.

Aoko looked on for a second as Rei laid herself down and then gestured for the actress to head up towards her, and so did Aoko, scooting along the floor to get up towards Rei, as soon as she did though Rei's legs locked around her waist and started to squeeze upon her figure. " Nngh.." Aoko let out as she gritted her teeth a bit from the pressure. Aoko would then listen intently at what Rei was saying and had to admit that it was making a lot of sense. " A-aah! I get it --ngh..."

"Oh hehehe....Sorry!" Rei said relaxing her legs not intending to squeeze her. "Alright so this is the armbar from guard!"

"Step one! Pull your opponent's arm across your chest!" Rei said as she pulled Aoko's right arm so that Aoko's right wrist was pinned against her shoulder.

"Step Two open your guard and bring your right leg as high as you can on your opponent's back..." Rei lectured as she just did that as her leg was tucked right under Aoko's arm.

"Next, rotate your body and throw your other leg over your opponent's head so the back of your knee is against your opponent's face... if you have trouble turning you can press your palm against your opponent's cheek and push off of it." Rei explained as she did just that.

Rei lay on your shoulder with her legs upwards one pressed against Aoko's head and the other under Aoko's left arm while Aoko's right arm was straightened out agaisnt Rei's body.

"Finally, to finish the armbar you use the strength in your legs and your body." Rei explained. "Your arms should only be concerned about keeping your opponent's arm pinned to your body."

Rei slowly used her legs and her abdominal muscles to straighten out the girl's arm and began hyper extending it. Rei slowly relieved pressure just to give Aoko better insight into how an armbar worked. The Submission expert then sat up and nodded. "Did you get all that? if you have any questions just let me know cause we're going start rolling soon..."

Aoko sat as she did in a bit of pain as Rei squeezed on her waist but then as the girl loosened her legs the cute actress got her time to relax a bit and listen at Rei as her submission teacher started to tell her everything that she was doing in order to teach Aoko this new armbar deal that she hadn't even the slightest clue of what Rei was about to show her, she could only guess a bit from the position and all how it would be carried out but still she couldn't really say that she knew completely how it was done.

Even so she looked on at Rei and followed with the girl's instructions and let the cute submission expert show her just how it was done. Aoko listned on and nodded her head a little as she then watched Rei place her legs up like she did, she was fairly certain that this was going to hurt a bit.

" Agh...Ah, yeah I got it." Aoko said as she felt her arm being strained by Rei's hold already and she hadn't even started with the hold, so it really did look as if things weren't gonna be very pleasant for her, she just had to remember to tap out right as the hold was put on her and it would probably be okay.

"Alright let's start rolling!" Rei said clapping her hands together as she paused for a second. "Uhh... ahh...yes... 'rolling' is the term Brazilian Jujitsu fighters use for sparring, Judoka call it Newaza Randori. The rules are simple: you start from your knees, you try to submit from your opponent, no strikes are allowed, no biting or eye gouging and always remember to tap when you feel pain. This isn't a fight so there's no shame in tapping here... I know you might be hesitant about this but rolling is really safe. This is how you start rolling"

Rei got to her knees as Sephora followed suit by putting one knee in on the floor with her hands up in a combat stance. Rei stretched out her hand and Sephora slapped it and then the two began trying to grab the back of each other's neck. Rei then went onto her back and wrapped her legs around Sephora while pulling her down. However, before they got started Rei backed off and then turned to Aoko as she stood up. "Get the idea?" Rei asked as she awaited her answer.

"Alright... your opponent awaits!" Rei said pointing out the spot in front of Sephora who stayed on one knee in her combat stance.

Once Rei saw Aoko was ready, she'd say "Hajime!"

Sephora would stretch out her hand before starting their sparring session as a symbol of good sportsmanship. "Try your best!" She said smiling at Aoko.

Aoko looked on with a bit of a confused face as she heard what Rei said, Rolling ?... Aoko thought out to herself as she would then hear Rei explain, now everything was much clearer, if there was one thing she liked about Rei it was that she was a very detailed teacher and had a lot of information to give, that and the girl was a very kind and nice teacher as well. So far Aoko had found that Rei was probably as good of a teacher as she was gonna find here in AFW. Finding that some of the higher up girls seemed to be a bit....full of themselves or not interested in helping someone like her.

When she saw Rei and Sephora demonstrate the whole thing Aoko would smile and nod to when Rei asked her if she understood, that was until Rei did that grand gesture for Aoko to face of against Sephora. " Eh ?" Aoko let out as she would point her finger up at herself and then to Sephora and once again back at her. " I'm gonna face her ?....hmm....ehm...alright?" Aoko let out a bit nervous she was as she would then try and move down into the position she did, looking on at Sephora as the girl stretched her hand out like she did.

" Should I shake it or slap it ? ....uhm..." Aoko let out as she would then try and move her hand up to gently take Sephora's and shake it a little bit. " I'll try."

"Both or either or really... it doesn't matter." Sephora said shaking Aoko's hand.

"Hajime!" Rei said as they were shaking hands.

Sephora grinned and pulled Aoko's hand toward her before she allowed her a chance to break the hand shake. She pulled the arm toward her as Sephora tried to get on her own back. Trying to hug Aoko's arm against hrr own chest, she immediately tried to apply the armbar from guard by swinging her leg over Aoko's head. Sephora smirked trying to pull off a sneak attack while Aoko was caught unaware. Sephora meant no harm to her new kohai just to inspire some playful competition

Aoko was glad that it didn't matter and she hadn't made any wrong choice in the handshake. Which helped her gain a bit more confidence as she at least hadn't made any mistake just yet.

When Rei once against shouted out, Aoko was just about ready, but just as she was about to pull away from the handshake it seemed as if Sephora had other plans for her, she pulled Aoko down with her and soon enough hugged her arm like she did. Aoko though was able to see that leg and would try and raise her other arm up to try and grab a hold of it and push it back down onto the ground, before she'd try and crawl up on top of Sephora instead and attempt to place herself in a mounted position on top of the blond cutie.

"Very nice...." Rei remarked as Aoko successfully countered the attack and ended up in a fairly dominant position. However, she wondered if she could maintain that advantage.

"Ngh..." Sephora grunted as Aoko got on top of her into mount position. The blonde haired girl flushed for a second having the sexy brunette on top of her was certainly an arousing and humbling experience. Sephora immediately bumped her hips up and turned her head to the left as she put her hand under the girl's arm and placed it right on her shoulder blade. Sephora was trying to bump her opponent off so Aoko had no weight and then toss her aside so she could sit right up into Aoko's guard.

"Put out your arm!" Rei said excitedly giving Aoko advice, "Post it on the mat! Quick!"

Aoko looked on and felt rather happy when Rei complimented her and she seemed to get a good position on Sephora, it was a rather interesting thing, she didn't really think she would have been able to do anything like that before, but it seemed that if she just tried there was still a little chance.

Though it didn't seem as if Sephora was done as she felt the girl buck her hips and take a hold of her in order the try and get the Actress down, she looked down on Sephora for a second and just as Rei let out what she did she would do what her teacher commanded, putting her arm out and placing it down against the mat in an attempt to affirm her position again and keep herself mounted on Sephora. Following that though she would try and slip her held arm free from Sephora to then try and take a hold of one of the blond girl's arm and do the same with her other arm, to then try and pin the girl's arms down over her head. " Ahhh...is this okay to doo ?"
