Kyo Akamatsu vs Mindy Priest

With a final wrench, Kyo manage to pull his head free, droplets of moisture spraying backwards slightly as Kyo's head came rocking back. Red faced and taking a deep breath, Kyo was satisfied that he at least had his head free now, and was able to prevent Mindy from gaining complete control in their grapple. Now all he had to do was get his arms out...

Unfortunately, Mindy seemed to be thinking the same thing. Although she was moving noticeably more slowly-- she clearly wasn't used to technical grappling on the mat, Kyo thought to himself-- Mindy managed to grab onto the wrist of his hand pressing back on her chin, yanking it away and holding on to it. At the same time, her grip on his trapped arm intensified as she neatly trapped it under her armpit. Gritting his teeth, Kyo struggled to pull his arms free, leaning over Mindy as he struggled with her...

...and paused, briefly, as his eyes met hers. There was an awkward silence as Kyo suddenly realized why the audience was cheering so much, and he blushed a deep red as he heard more than a few shouts for him and Mindy to 'make out.' "Um..."

He snapped back to reality. "Sorry," he said, not quite sure why he was apolgizing as he unwound his legs from Mindy's rearing both of them back to bring both of his knees slamming down into his opponent's bare midsection. Hopefully, that would be enough to make her let go completely.

Mindy managed to free her chin from Kyo's hand, but it looked like they had returned to a stalemate.For a few seconds both wrestlers jostled for control over each other, Kyo trying to get his arms free and Mindy wanting to get a tighter hold on them. But, although Mindy's grip didn't falter, it didn't improve either, leaving them locked in place as they struggled.

After this much ground grappling, the audience was going absolutely nuts. For a moment, their struggles stopped as Mindy realized Kyo was staring into her eyes with a somewhat troubled expression. It was then that Mindy finally paid attention to the shouts coming from the crowd; however, before their meaning could get through the shy girl's thick skull, Kyo's knees brought her back to harsh reality. "Guah!" As the heavy impact drove the air out of her belly, her hold on Kyo's arms weakened, allowing him to escape. With her now stunned and under his knees, it was very likely that the veteran would have a chance to attack her while she was vulnerable.

Kyo's move worked, his knees slamming hard into Mindy's exposed midsection with enough force to jostle the girl and make her grip on his arms loosen. With that done, it was no trouble whatsoever for Kyo to pull his arms free. He took a deep, satsified breath, knowing that he was now back in control of the match.

Kneeling upright next to Mindy, Kyo would grab at her head with both hands and pull her upright into a sitting position. Manouvering behind the American girl, Kyo decided to give her a dose of his own medicine. Sliding one arm around her throat and and another around her forehead, Kyo would squeeze tightly, giving Mindy a sample of some of his own upper body strength as he trapped her in a sleeper. He wasn't vindictive by nature, but after Kyo had nearly been choked out twice by Mindy's scissors and sleeper, it felt good to return the favour.

He didn't intend to hang onto the sleeper forever, though. Slowly, Kyo would stand upright, pulling Mindy up to her feet with him as he hung on, squeezing into her relentlessly. Once they were both on their feet, Kyo would suddenly unhook his arm from around Mindy's throat and grab at her arm, twisting his body to whip her across the ring to the ropes.

Still stunned by Kyo's knee slam, Mindy didn't react as he repositioned himself, only able to cough as she tried to recover her breath. Before she could completely shake off her daze, though, she was pulled up to a sitting position and had her neck trapped in a sleeper hold. She felt its effects right away, unable to breathe properly as Kyo's strong arms constricted her. "Aah... nngh...!" She frowned. The sleeper hold was one of the few pro moves she was completely familiar with - she used to get trapped in it all the time during training. It was simple, effective, and hard as hell to escape if you stayed in it for too long. Things were now going pretty badly for the rookie.

She put her hands on Kyo's arm, trying to relieve some of the pressure on her neck, but it was no good; the match was already taking a toll on her strength, and Kyo's expert hold resisted her attempts to muscle her way out. As he slowly got to his feet, her neck was dragged up and choked even tighter, so poor Mindy had no choice but to comply and stand up. After just a few good seconds of being squeezed, she could already feel her struggles getting weaker, and her face went red from the lack of air. It was a huge relief when Kyo finally let go - but, still winded by the hold, she had no way to fight back his next move, so she was quickly whipped towards the ropes and bounced back towards Kyo, her legs moving on her own as she tried to recover from the light-headedness the sleeper had caused on her.

After a few seconds of standing up and resisting Mindy's desperate efforts to muscle out of the sleeper, Kyo whipped her across the ring. He didn't let up as she was tossed, bursting into a run after her to intercept her as she came bouncing back.

And bounce back she did, the light-headedness of the sleeper ensuring that she wasn't able to stop herself. She was about to feel a bit worse than simply light-headed, Kyo knew as he ran into her path. He spun, his leg snapping up as her rotated, slamming his upper leg into Mindy's midsection or chest as he tried to nail her with a spinning kick.

Mindy bounced off the ropes and, upon turning around, was greeted by the sight of Kyo's leg spinning towards her. The attack was too quick for Mindy to react, so she ended running right into it, and his shin slammed against her side. Her abs clenched in reflex, but they offered no defense against his powerful spinning kick."GUAH!" Pain erupted from her body as the force of the impact took her off her feet, and she toppled to the side; Kyo had sent her to the mat once again. "Ahh..." The rookie groaned, trying to cope with the pain. It would take her a few seconds to recover from such a blow.

Kyo didn't stop to inspect his handiwork as he managed to successfully knock Mindy down with his spinning kick. He had the muscle girl where he wanted her, and he now had to focus on winning this match.

Wiping some sweat from his brow, Kyo dropped down on across Mindy, once again hooking one of her thighs back to wrap her up for a pin. The ref girl instantly dropped down next to them and began the countdown. "ONE..." she counted. Kyo's attention, though, was on Mindy's red, tired face. "Stay down," he said, although if this match had taught him anything so far, it was that Mindy would do anything but that.

Mindy weakly tried to prop herself up, her side now burning after the kick, but she received no respite as Kyo pushed her down onto the mat again and hooked her leg for a pin. She had already been pinned once, but this time, Kyo felt at least twice as heavy. "ONE!"

Hearing the first count, Mindy started squirming under Kyo, but to her surprise she couldn't break his pin; the long battle had gradually sapped her endurance, so now she had trouble in Kyo's pin even when fiercely trying to push him off. "TWO!"

Hearing the final count come dangerously close to completion, Mindy mustered all that remained of her strength, doing her best just to get one shoulder off the mat. She had just realized how weakened she really was, but she couldn't let it end just yet.

Although he acknowledged...no, knew...that Mindy was a tough opponent, Kyo was still hoping that this pinfall was the end, that Mindy was so beaten that she couldn't resist the count going to three. Instead, though, annoyingly, but perhaps unsurprisingly, her muscular body twisted to the side underneath him, jerking a shoulder upright. Taking a deep breath, Kyo knelt upright, placing his hands on his knees as he took a breather, glancing at the crowd as though mentally asking them what he should do about the stubborn muscle girl.

He didn't wait for any answer. Shoving against Mindy's shoulder and leg to shove her onto her side with her back facing him, Kyo grabbed a hold of Mindy's knee in one hand, and cupped her chin with the other, before pressing a knee into her back. Leaning back in a move that would show off much of his fit body and all of Mindy's, Kyo would stretch away at Mindy in a body and arrow hold, bending her back against his outstretched knee.

"Give up, Mindy!" he commanded. The crowd, though, was clapping and stomping for Mindy to keep fighting, and the ropes were barely in arms reach...

Mindy was exhausted, but she was able to escape defeat for a little longer and lifted one of her shoulders off the mat, breaking Kyo's pin. However, that took a lot of energy, and even as Kyo got off her and knelt besides her, the rookie did not do anything, simply lying on the mat, her chest heaving up and down as she desperately tried to recover some of her strength.

But she knew that Kyo wouldn't let her go away from his grasp so easily, and a few seconds later she was kneaded around his knees and pulled back, bending every curve of her toned, beaten body and showing them off to the whole world. "Ghh... ahh... AAHHH!"The muscle girl's groans became louder as Kyo stretched her body against his knees, putting enormous pressure on her back. She didn't even know if she could take this punishment for long...

But the whole crowd was now rooting for her, spurring her to fight back however she could - and she quickly noticed that the ropes were so, so close! Her arm reached towards them, but to her despair the tips of her fingers only barely brushed it. What a torture! The ropes were inches away, but Mindy was trapped in Kyo's bow and arrow and had absolutely no way to drag herself closer to them. The pressure on her back increased non-stop, and she was forced to endure it with her only means of escape so tantalizingly close, yet so far away. As a last resort, Mindy started thrashing furiously in his hold, hoping to rock herself back and forth so that she could reach an extra inch and grab the bottom rope.
