The dark savior is here!

"This place reeks of evil." I muttered as I stood on a high rooftop.
The view I had gave me the whole city, evil pouring out the seams all under me.
Sirens wailing, dogs barking and children in their homes.

This place needed a hero, what with the AFW nearby vices were present in all places.
"That's why I'm here. To do the things the cops can't do." I said to myself.

Just then I heard a scream coming from the distance, I turned to the right and saw the crime.
Two large men were robbing a poor woman of her money.
"Not on my watch." I thought.

Taking a couple of steps forward I left the rooftop. Whipping out my grapple guns I fired one at a lamppost ahead of me. I used that to swing around before I was facing the alley, firing my left gun I swung towards the goons.
I went feet first towards one of them, knocking him back to the dead end.

The lady screamed and fled, I made a "Come on." gesture at the thug.
He pulled out a knife and went towards me, I made sure the knife was between my left knuckles. I then countered with a quick headbutt. The man was stunned and I quickly wrapped my left arm around his neck and drilled him down with a DDT onto the hard tarmac.

The other goon had gotten back up and came at me with a wooden baseball bat. I smiled lightly and quickly blocked it with both hands. Then I whacked him with the butt of the bat, first on the head and then in the gut. As he bended over in pain I grabbed the bat by the handle, in anger of their evil I smashed it across his back so hard that the bat broke.

I could hear police sirens not too far from me. My work was done, I grappled up to the nearest roof and dashed away.
Using railings and fire escapes to vary from roofs to ground. By long I was back at the Tension buildings. I swung into my open room window and landed on the bed. I then placed my grapple guns into my pillow and went to the bathroom.

I washed my hair and put on my patient uniform, the patch was off and the red contacts were on.
I heard a knock at my door, in came my Doctor and Erica.

"You ready for the match Ryan?" John said.

"You can do it!" Erica said.

I smiled and said "You know it, let's take Duke out with us."

No one would ever know.......Except the evil-doers who I face!
Tick tock.....The time of the darkness will vanish. I am the savior, the one who will bring true justice to the lawless.
I'll save them.....From themselves.
