Auri vs Asteria ( Complete )

Auri tried to keep her sister in the air as much as she could,but then,a powerful kick to the gut made her double over. She immediatly released Asteria and held her belly with both arms,also falling to her knees and gasping for air. She didnt thought her sister would do that to the victory.

"Unnnnggghhh......."

Asteria landed onto her feet, stumbling backwards and away from Auri thought for some reason she kept staring at Auri, in a slightly non hostile way. As if she was slowly verifying that it was infact her sister and not some kind of imposter.

The Witch started to put up her defences instead of attacking, waiting to see what would happen.

Auri looked up at her little sister. She seemed a bit confused. Auri slowly stood up and looked at Asteria right in the eyes,another tear ran down her face. She has never been so emotional before,but with her little sister when they were young. This time,she softly closed her eyes and started to sing. She hoped that Asteria would recognise that song.

"Whisper to me faintly...There's illness in your body...Please don't cry,my little sister...I know how you feel inside,I've felt it before..."

Asteria glared at her, blinking a few times. That song was so familiar to her and she was pretty sure no one else would've known it, not even Cerbera. Her lips parted as she started to sing very softly and sweetly.

" And no matter how painful it is.. I'll be with you until the end.. "

Asteria was not sure.. But it seemed this girl really was her sister and not some kind of wannabe witch.

Auri's heart filled with peace when she heard Asteria sing along. But there was still one doubt in her head. Would that be enough to make Asteria remember her? . She didnt know what to do next,and just walked toward her little sister with a smile across her face,everyone could tell that she wasnt going to attack.

"You...You recognised it....Asteria....Do you remember me now...?"

Asteria looked up at her, almost ready to cry as she had finally confirmed this girl to be her sister. There was no mistaking it now. Even since she was attacking her she could sense a special kind of aura around the girl and the song verified it.

" ..Sister..Auri... "

Auri was so happy...Her little sister had finally remembered her. Auri leaned on her sister and hugged her softly,feeling Asteria's warm body. The crowd cheered for the emotional moment as they all let out an 'aaaaaawwww'. Nothing could ruin that moment,except the fact that they are still in a match.

"I'm glad to see you remembered me....Asteria..."

Asteria blinked as she was hugged, looking up over Auri's shoulder at the ceiling and muttered out to her sister.

" Uhm.. Sis.. We're.. Still in a match.. "

She was really glad to find her sister but it could wait.

Auri's eyes rolled when she remembered that they were in a match. She slowly released her sister from the hug. Looking down at her sister in the eyes she gave a light tap on her shoulder and stepped back,ready to continue with the match. Now she could fight better,knowing that her sister knew who she was.

"Okay Asteria...Let's continue."

Asteria took a few steps back, facing her sister before dashing straight at her, jumping up from her feet and brought her arm back, trying to punch Auri straight in the face when she was close.
