Cyclone Tag Tournament Round 1: Rebecca and Diana vs Kyoko and Amy

At this point her mind was universally focused on one thing. Escape, she needed to get out of her and either tag in Kyoko or somehow take Godzilla off her damn feet. Though the first part was easier as she just knew if she hit her hard enough and enough times shed decide to back off and after enough hits she did just that and pushed her off. Though before she could do anything with her new found freedom she was immediately brought in and caught with a knee to the belly.

"Haggh!" She groaned as she leaned in and backed up holding her stomach. Coughing as she looked back up at Rebecca who didn't seem anywhere close to letting up on her she growled as she knew she needed tot hink of something to do before she was the subject of a painful fight with the much bigger foe. "That all you got Rebecca. I've been hit with worse."

"You're about to find out." Rebecca growled at Amy's defiance, reaching out to grab at the Lioness' hurt arm and send her running into her team's corner with a mighty yank, a painful Irish whip into the waiting arms of Diana while Rebecca came charging up behind her, trying to crush the blonde between the Giantess' solid body and the unforgiving turnbuckles.

Amy tried to get some distance but Rebecca remained right in her face and grabbed her arm tossing her towards Diana's corner. Growling Amy threw hand up and tried to take a shot at Diana so it would knock her off before she could grab her. Though as good as that felt to do that she knew that wasting time doing that meant that she couldn't get out of the way in time and ended up getting flat lined by the bigger woman.

Groaning as she was crushed up against her she groaned and leaned into the ropes her hands were around her as she tried to push Rebecca off her but the bigger girl clearly had control in this situation.

Well that did the trick, squishing a lot of resistance out of the Lioness and reducing her punches to feebly trying to push the Giantess away while she extended her hand to Diana. "Come on, just like we practised with the sandbag, right?" She asked the Italian Amazon, keeping her hand open for a tag while she stayed firm to trap the blonde.

Diana in her honesty, didn't expect her 'friendly' tag partner to call her back in so quickly. It was evident for what reason, she just somewhat expected the amazon to enjoy laying into the Lion a few more times. Sliding through the ropes, it became evident to the Italian just what Rebecca was referring to, given it was one of the few if only manoeuvres they'd bothered to discuss and practice. Well, beyond timing their jabs at a pinned foe.

"Heh...Been fun Amy..." She'd purr, eyes latching right onto the blonde's own, already noticing Tomko's hands somewhat in 'position.'

Without much more, she'd soon dart off to the ropes on the far side of the ring, fully expecting the blonde to be in a specific position upon her return.

It was only as the Italian begun to run, that something specifically clicked in the referee's head, along with a few members of the crowd and perhaps even Amy or Kyoko. In her rush to finish the blonde, Diana hadn't actually bothered to tag Rebecca's hand and render herself legal...

"Come on, let's get this over with..." Rebecca said, rolling her eyes as Diana gave Amy one last taunt for the road before the Italian set off on her short sprint across the ring, leaving the ebony amazon's arm still out for a tag that never came, not as though it was going to make a difference at this point. The two amazons had Amy dead to rights and after what they had planned for the Lioness, Rebecca still being the legal participant should be just a formality.

"Up ya get!" She roared, taking one big step back and pulling the blonde towards her before pushing her up, trying to hold her foe 9 feet in the air with a military press just waiting for the Italian to hit the ropes so she could throw her back down, hopefully right into Diana's contribution to their finishing combination.

Amy was trying to get out but it seemed her attempt to knock Diana away were for naught as she was still sandwiched between her much bigger foe and the ropes as Diana came in, without being tagged either for that matter but she wasn't in much of a position complain as she was brought out of the corner and lifted up. Kyoko however was very aware of this fact and whatever they were planning she was ready to call out the flaw in it once they did whatever they did.

Lifted up so that she was literally being carried by Rebecca who just kept her suspended she realized what they were doing...or at least an idea, she just knew she didn't want to be up here once Diana got close enough. Fighting back against the move she tried to pry her arms off of her and get free. Unfortunately she failed to realize until it was too late that from where she was there was no safe way to land but at least she wouldn't just be a trophy for Diana to just claim.

Diana was adamant that upon her return, the blonde Lion would be nice and cosy up on Tomko's giant grip. Sure, she'd no doubt shuffle in the amazons grip, but given her tired condition she wouldn't be able to produce too much for the ebony amazon to handle. Or at least, so Diana bet.

As the Italian returned, her smug grin remained, already lowering herself ready for her move to come. All Rebecca had to do was time her throw right, launching the lion against Diana who by then would of somewhat leaped, aiming to catch the woman in mid-air and spear her down to the ground for a sure fire finish. Diana was used to attempting such a manoeuvre on women who were high up, but then again; Rebecca was high up and then some. If the move hit, Amy was done.

Kicking off her feet, time seemed to turn slow as the Italian leaped through the air, full expecting Tomko to throw the blonde right at her. Only, she didn't. Or more aptly, she couldn't. With Amy producing far too much of a stir fuelled by pure fury and apparent disapproval of Diana for any woman let alone the strongest in AFW to hold her still, Diana simply watched as the blonde slipped from Rebecca's grasp. Awkwardly of course, likely to land roughly on her side.

But not as roughly as Diana was about to land, given she was now still in motion with shoulder extended against the only thing in front of her.

Rebecca.

Amy was most definitely not holding still, or still enough for Rebecca to throw her into the effective path of destruction "Hold still dammit!" The giantess grumbled, lowering her press to re-adjust but realizing too late that she didn't have the time to fiddle about the perfect throwing technique.

While it may have felt to the Italian that she was colliding with a wall, to the unprepared Ebony amazon it was more like being shot in the gut with a cannonball. Her grip disappeared completely as she was sent pitching backwards with Amy potentially falling on top of her.

Kyoko watched as to her own shock there little tactic messed up and Diana ended up taking down Rebecca of all things, not only stunning her but knocking her off her feet and dropping her to the floor...with Amy falling on top of her as well. And Rebecca was still the legal woman since Diana didn't tag in, which meant that this was technically a pin. Smiling she jumped out of the corner and charged into the ring as she set her sights on Diana looking to blindside her with a tackle to bring her to the ground and unable to stop the pin.

Amy groaned as she fell from the perch and landed on Rebecca. Slightly winded from the fall as she tried to to get up she saw where she was and the ref moving in for the pin. Once Kyoko moved down she stood up, ignoring the ref. She wasn't going to take this bitch down on Diana's little move alone, she needed some assurance. Running towards the ropes she jumped on them and flipped over to come back down on Rebecca with a Lionsault. Then if she hit that she would grab her leg and go for the pin.
