Both Melody and Navi could relate to Alaina in regards to needing to be better. Both of them at least had plans on holding gold in AFW, as difficult as it will be...

After Alaina said that she would join the 2 of them for whatever, Melody smiled: "Guess we should go for a snack. Of course, after we all take a shower".

"Already ahead of both of you", Navi said, as she jumped from the ring apron to head for the shower.

Alaina nodded, happy to keep the gathering low key. "Sounds like a plan, thanks for having me over and I am sorry if my performance today wasn'the up to standard." Alaina said with a chuckle and nervous laugh.

She was following Navi, knowing that she needed a shower badly. That warm water and change of clothes would do her wonders right now.

On the way to the showers with Alaina (and Melody also jumping out of the ring and following the two soon after), Navi heard Alaina's comment followed up with a nervous laugh. Still walking, she told Alaina:

"Look, don't let this go to your head. A spar is a spar. It wasn't a match. There were plenty of opprotunities where, if you didn't let up, because this was a spar, we...I would've been down for the count...", Navi would say, remembering mid-sentence that the only time Melody came close to losing in the match was during the Boston Crab.

Melody overheard what Navi said, and before Navi could even get sad, approached them:

"Alright, that was a spar, I think we all recognized what we need to work with going forward. I am VERY thankful that you came today Alaina.", she would say, just as the 3 of them would enter the locker room, showers being just a few meters away.

Alaina smiled at the women as they spoke on the way to the shower. She put an arm around each of them and pulled them close. "Thanks guys just... ya know, thanks." Alaina said as they all made their way inside to change and shower after a very tiring workout.

Alaina was more than happy to be doing something relaxing after this even if she knew she had to get right back at it and soon.
