Unquenchable Spirit

Catching Megumi's head and pulling her foe straight into that side headlock to escape the hammerlock worked wonders as she pulled Megumi's head right up under her armpit and trapped her ,hearing the grunting praise from Megumi caused the blond to nod her head, as she was already working on the next step.

Tossing Megumi down onto the her back with that side headlock take-down! Slamming Megumi down onto the canvas, though she wasn't able to capitalize on the position, she wanted to go for a scarf-hold but Megumi was quick in rolling over to her hands and knees!

Belinda would just have to go for something else in that case, " Heh..." she released as she had Megumi's back now to target, as she would quickly try and dive right on top of it. Arms looking to wrap around Megumi's neck as she tried to roll them over so she was on her back and Megumi was lying on top of her, Belinda would try and wrap her legs around Megumi's waist, clinging to her rival as she sought to trap her in a sleeper and waist scissors combo on the mat. " Got you!"

Megumi got herself on all four, preparing to get herself back up. But Belinda was already on the move, getting herself on her back before she rolled the two of them over, placing herself under the Combat Genius. "Uhhgh..." She could feel Belinda's arms around her neck as the blonde's legs wrapped around her midsection, trapped in a sleeper and body scissor combo.

"Ghuuuuu... haa..." Megumi squirmed in the hold, trying her best to stay calm despite the fact that her body and neck were squeezed in the hold. Her hands were still free, but they couldn't quite reach her opponent, so for the time being, she could only manage to flail her arms in her vain attempt to make it difficult for the Swede to maintain the hold.

Getting on top of Megumi and rolling them over as she latched her limbs around her rival and now sparring partners body, the blond locked in tightly, trapping Megumi Mutoh in a firm double squeeze, as her legs flexed and squeezed at that waist while her arms tightened around Megumi's neck.

" Do you think you have enough strength to free yourself from this one? Hah." Belinda joked as she fired back the earlier comment the combat genius had thrown the way of the young blond. Trying to squeeze just a little big tighter with each second that rolled by in this hold.

Megumi was trapped in the hold, with Belinda squeezing her neck and midsection. She continued her struggling, trying to at least make it difficult for the blonde to maintain the hold. But she also knew the futility of said action, so she decided to try prying Belinda's arms off of her first by bringing her hands to the blonde's arms that were around her neck.

"Hnghhhh... w-we'll see..."

Megumi managed to speak despite her current condition. She would try to slip her hands under Belinda's arms before attempting to yank them away from her neck, hoping to loosen the hold before freeing herself from the sleeper. But, she still needed to worry about the body scissor, and she couldn't simply focus only on one of them while ignoring the other.

Tightening her arms around Megumi's head and neck like a noose, the blond sought to give Megumi a hard time in trying to pry those arms of hers off. Though Megumi soon enough took a hold of her arms and started to make it quite a struggle for the blond to keep squeezing that neck...

Still she had her legs around that waist and those strong thighs of hers would flex as she squeezed tighter and tighter upon that waist. Looking to compress her rival, seeing if Megumi could managed to find a way out of this hold, though since it was a spar she wouldn't be too cruel if she didn't.

While it might seem like Megumi was making progress while trying to pry the sleeper hold, those legs were still wrapped around her body, and that could be a problem. Considering that this was just a spar, she couldn't simply use strikes to pull herself out of this by hitting at Belinda's body, so she would continue her struggling, this time using one hand to try prying Belinda's arms from her neck and other hand to pry those legs from her body. She exerted her strength, trying to free herself through the usage of her own might.

With Megumi splitting up her attempts to try and free herself from the blond's dual submission, with one arm struggling against Belinda's both arms and another arm struggling against the blond's strong legs. Belinda would choose to go for a different strategy....

Looking to release Megumi's head from the sleeper hold as he instead would try and snake her arms in under Megumi's armpits, trying to latch her hands up against the back of Megumi's neck as she attempted to lock Megumi up into a grounded Full Nelson, while looking to keep her scissor going as she flexed and sought to bring about some pain to Megumi's waist.

Megumi continued her struggling, trying her best to release herself from both the sleeper hold and the body scissor. But then, Belinda decided to change her tactic by releasing her from the sleeper and instead putting her into a full nelson instead. Megumi found herself having her chest pushed forward, and she groaned as she struggled to find a way out of this.

In a normal match, she would be able to try escaping this by attempting to get Belinda's back touching the mat so that she could try going for a pinfall by bridging her own body, but considering that they were just sparring, that method was out of question. So, she continued enduring the holds, trying to pry herself from them in her own effort to escape.

Having trapped her rival rather effectively now, in a normal match the Combat Genius would without a doubt found a good way to escape this hold but right now she had her locked in rather well. Though knowing that was simply a spar, Belinda would give the hold a few more seconds before she'd release Megumi and try and shove her off.

Rolling away from her rival, Belinda would move up towards her feet, bouncing a bit as she gestured for Megumi to get up. " Come on Megumi, gotta build up a good sweat before we hit the showers." Belinda teased.

Megumi would remain trapped in the hold for a few more seconds before Belinda decided to release her from the hold, and she was then shoved off by her. Groaning, Megumi would try to roll away a little bit before pushing herself back up. She winced slightly due to the pain from the hold, but the pain was still on a manageable level.

Megumi was a little slower as she rose back up onto her feet compared to her sparring partner, but she got herself back on her feet. Smiling wryly despite the pain, she readied herself to continue the spar. "Heh, sure. You almost got me there, though if this were a real fight, I'd be able to find a way out of it..." she said as she would take a stance, ready to tangle once more.
