Jay sat back up to continue eating. "I didnt read the fine print.Im not good with contracts and such.....Or reading." Jay had nothing more than an 8th grade education,so how could he evn hope to understand what he signed.

She looked a little concerned when she said he didn't read certain parts of it, though when she heard that he wasn't good at reading in general she grinned as that gave her some ideas that were related to this. She doesn't mention though but already she has a good feeling.

He looked up from his plate,only to be met by her wild grin. "U-Uhh....You okay? What are....What are you thinking about,Lina? Care to tell me?" Jay wondered what she was thinking so badly because with her grin,it must not have been something good.Maybe he should have kept quiet about his small illiteracy hindrance.

"You said you're not good at reading, does that mean you didn't understand all of what you're signing? If then depending on a few things that whole contract's null and void. But if it's coming up on a reunion period then we can use that to our advantage too, but again I got to see exactly what you have and then I can look into things. I suggest finding it when we leave here."

She tries to the volume on it low, just so word of his illiteracy isn't too out in the open.

"I had it explained fairly well to me by the Administration,and Im sure they wouldnt lie to me.More or less because they had an idea of who I was as a traveling hero.But,I'll be sure to look for it when I get home,Ms. Lina"

"I'm not saying they're not but let me let you in on a little secret... If you don't count most politicians, wrestling promoters, and in some cases their staff but only due to orders from the boss, are the biggest liars on the planet. But just get it for me and we'll take it from there." She stops to think for a moment then goes up for more food, though she comes back with a mix of lunch food that they were eating and dessert related items, so it looks like she might be almost finished.

He went up with her,but to get just desert.Ice cream,eclairs and a cake slice. "Hang on.Are you a promoter somewhat? So,how do I know you arent lying to me about something?" His green eyes narrow and his cat ears lean back to show caution.

"Nope, I'm just a manager, big difference. We exists so the little guys don't get treated like circus animals. I went over this before." She said with a sigh, not wanting to have to go back and repeat things. "Let's just drop it for now."

"Sorry....It just....Hard for me to trust sometimes.But,I promise you: As your investment,I wont disappoint you.You'll see that I do have some losses if you do your research..." He admitted,knowing that those will never leave him. "But before that,I almost never lost in ANYTHING." He said it as if he was passionate about all that he had done in his short life.

"Nobody's perfect. Though if you're getting any doubts about me just ask those that I am managing now." She was going to say something about separating business and personal matters as far as her friends go can be challenging sometimes but she's been able to handle it, she reminds herself mid-self thought that he thought she was cute. "I don't mean to pry but with all we have been talking about so far I'm kinda wondering... Are you a virgin?"
