Peace Across Worlds

If there was one thing that he HATED....It was being challenged like that.He didnt like it when someone made misguided guesses about him.

Growling,Jay turns around and barred his teeth at Veldaris. "Oh,yeah?!" He takes two large steps forward and puts a hand roughly and a bit sloppily on her chest. "Im not gay,dont ever think that! I--" He gasps softly,looking down at his extended hand.His face went from faint pink to a light red.

She knew that would do it. "You're welcome." she tells him, only saying that to get him to feel her. "Do you" she then finishes it with a soft seductive tone "like what you feel? Want a little more?"

He was oblivious to what she was doing.She was teasing him,toying with him.But,he understood her words and tone.Jay didnt know that she wanted him to react. "I do like what I feel,I-I'll be honest." The lion admitted,his cat tail flipping around slowly in a calm and controlled way. "But,not in the way you'd like." He attempts to take another step forward and wrap his arms around Veldaris' boy and squeeze her in a bearhug.

"Oh? What make you say that?" She gives a soft purr, enjoying her fun, but gasps when he proceeds to bearhug her. "Wh, what the? Hey! Le' go!"

"I would like to fight with you.I saw that glimmer in your glare every time you locked eyes with me." Jay explains.He squeezes her more,even lifting her off of her feet. "Come on.Give me more of a challenge,Veldaris..."

What was a little harmless fun was turning into more than she bargained for. "Put me down!" She doesn't want to make a scene but looks like she might yell for help.

Sighing,Jay lets her go. "Fine..."

He gently puts her back down on her feet and crosses his arms. "Boy,for a bodyguard,you arent very tough,are you Veldaris?" He was now poking fun at her strength.

"I try to make you feel comfortable and you attack me? After all I've done for you?" she looks upset and is considering getting someone to arrest him again.

Carl was finished what he was doing and was looking for them.

Jay didnt answer.He knew that he had done wrong,that he had gone too far.He was going to argue,but Jay had nothing to say back.He runs past Veldaris and slams himself into the door to force it open.Jay continued to run,not knowing where he was going.The lion would run past Carl in search of an exit.

"Hey." Carl grabs a hold of him to make him stop "where's the fire? If you're trying to find a bathroom I can show you where one is. When the Queen's ready I think she'll formally invite you to dinner."

Veldaris slowly came out of the room but she kept quiet and to herself. She had a feeling she shouldn't have came on as strong. Even though that was a close call she wanted to be alone with him again, to talk about what just happened.
