Peace Across Worlds

Even Jay knew what was going on and happening at this point.He txt Veldaris back: -No,no,no....Something different..Im not trying to score.Just be close and friendly to my manager.- Although in retrospect,what WAS he doing and has been doing with Lina this whole time.A truck of realization hit the hell out of him.

Messages back that there is nothing wrong with that. Lina turns and asks them why they are texting each other if they are in the same room. Then again she was just guessing on them texting each other instead of other people. She shrugs it off after Veldaris shrugged.

When Lina became suspicious,Jay almost felt like jumping out of the window and running like people in zombie movies.But,that would be foolish.He cant survive jumping out a window.

-SO what do I do to not be 'sexy' friendly,but just friend-friendly?-

She whispers to him "Just do it." She felt like she might have to take control of the situation herself, but if she did that then it might shock him what he might see but nothing's really happening. Lina starts to wonder if he's going to do anything since his hand, since he hasn't doing anything with it since putting it on her thigh.

Jay tries to do something that will shock both Veldaris and Lina.With his hand,Jay gently takes Lina's hand and says: "I never got to formerly thank you.I bearhugged you instead...." He kisses her hand gently. "Thank you for taking me under your managerial wing." He lets her hand go and smiles.


He waits for a few minuets before telling her... "By the way,I never got to show you how well I can do in a fight,either"

Veldaris didn't expect that and she was debating on either face palming or doing something else but watched as Lina gave him a small surprised look. "Uh, no problem."

Both girls looked at him when he brought up the part about not showing them how he can do in a fight. Lina didn't look interested in talking about that sort of stuff at this hour and turns back to watching the tv. Veldaris tells him to get her some tapes of his previous matches. Vel starts to think she should do something as Lina then asks him if he was still planning on going to bed soon.

Maybe not the best time to bring it up to Lina.At least,not this late in the night.It was completely random.... "Hm? Oh,right.I was gonna go to sleep,but then Veldaris came over.What I should ask you is,what are you intentions? Are you gonna stay,or maybe Veldaris can take you home in a bit?"

"I don't got anything better to do, though I guess I can go if you want." Part of her wanted to stay, in the event something might happen between the two. "I was just in the area." Veldaris said with a smile.

Jay shrugged. "You do what you'd like,Lina.I wont mind it,whatever you decide to do." Standing up,Jay stretched his arms up high. "Although,Im gonna go to sleep...There are blankets in the storage box over there if you do decide to stay." He points to a box by the door.It was nearing one in the morning,and the boy's eyes were starting to droop a bit.

Before he could stand up Lina unknowingly leaned back against him. Veldaris grinned, thinking that looked kinda cute.
