AFW Karaoke Night 2: Hot Tub Karaoke Machine. (Also known as Angel's Birthday Bash!)

Tiffany Laurence was known for a few things. Tough? Sure thing! Strong? Damn straight! But sneaky? Not so much. Yet here she was on the night before Angel's birthday, about to lower the boom on what she hoped would be an unsuspecting Latina.
She had called Angel, pretending to be drunk and needing a ride home from a bar. In reality, she was luring Angel to a posh karaoke parlor called Lovenet. The suite the Texan had rented was fairly luxurious and large, sporting enough space for at least eight people. It had wait staff, food, drinks both alcoholic and not, and the main attraction, a fully operational hot tub that could seat six! AND you could sing from it!
Learning from her past mistake, the cowgirl kept the guest list limited to her and Angel's friends along with the notice to bring swimwear, according to her message on the AFW wrestler message board. Hopefully that would avoid any tense arguments and fights. Then again, with wrestlers who knows?

Her own swimwear was worn under her clothes, but there was a changing room in the suite. Good thing too, because Angel would need it to change into the swimsuit Tiffany brought as one of her gifts!
Tiffany checked the time on her cell phone. Angel should be there soon, and the guests were safely hidden in the suite. All according to plan so far...

Angel wasn't in the best of moods.

She had been back in Japan from her Mexico trip for about a month now, and she was enjoying taking things easy. She was enjoying the time off from wrestling (though she was quite eager to get back into the ring), and had been lying low for the past month. There were only a few people that knew she was back in town, and she wanted to keep it that way until she made an appearance back in the arena.

So of course that meant that Tiffany was going to send her a message asking Angel to help her get her drunk ass home!

Reluctantly, had hopped a bus and headed to the district that Lovenet was in, heading down the streets towards the establishment. She was dressed in her usual outfit that she wore when she didn't want to be noticed: blue jeans and a dark grey hoodie, the hood pulled up over her head. Nothing too fancy, it was perfect for not grabbing too much attention.

She neared Lovenet and looked up at the building, pausing and letting out a sigh. She could barely believe this. She hadn't talked to Tiffany in months, and here the cowgirl was begging her for her help! It was annoying, but Tiffany was one of the few friends Angel had, so she wasn't going to turn her down.

With another sigh and a frown, Angel headed towards the doors and into the building, looking around for Tiffany once she entered, so that she could get out of here and get the hell back home.

Tiffany saw Angel approaching and put her phone away quickly before calling out to her. Remembering she was supposed to be drunk, she gave an exaggerated wave.

"Hey girl!" She called, trying to slur her words slightly. "Thanks for coming! Hey look, I need to head back to the room, I left my phone up there. Come on up, it'll only take a minute."

With that she reached out, seizing Angel's arm and looping one of hers through. The cowgirl would then pull the Latina along to the elevator, looking to lead her up to the room where the guests would be waiting....

Angel's frown grew deeper as approached Tiffany. Yeah, she definitely seemed drunk.

"Hurry up then," she muttered, as Tiffany looped her arm and dragged her into the elevator. "It's late, chica. I want to get back home. You shouldn't be out this late by yourself, anyway..."

Her voice trailed off, and she only sighed again, tapping her foot impatiently as she waited for the elevator to arrive at it's destination.

Noting Angel's sour expression, Tiffany grinned. It was gonna make her reaction all the more entertaining.

The elevator reached its destination in pretty short order, as Lovenet only had four floors. Once they left the elevator, Tiffany continued to lead Angel, pulling her to a door at the end of the hall.

"I'll make this up to you, darlin', I will. Really soon, I promise." Tiffany gushed 'drunkenly' as she turned the door handle, opening the suite's door.

Angel rolled her eyes at Tiffany's promise. "Yeah, yeah. Let's just get your phone and get out of here, alright?"

She pushed back the drunken cowgirl and stepped into the room, taking a quick glance around it to try and find Tiffany's phone. She really did want to go back home, and didn't want to waste any more time playing around!

Ace hunkered down behind part of the bar, Valley, her plus one, by her side, both holding presents. Valley had mentioned her admiration for the former world champ and Ace had invited her along.

When the door opened and Ace saw her enter, she and Valley and the other guest, Adrian all jumped up, yelling and holding balloons as the Adrian turned the lights on and they all yelled:

"SURPRISE!"

Valley was in a private suite with a hottub, achoholic drinks and, as soon as Angel and Tiffany entered, four of the hottest women in Friction, not the least of whom was a former girlfriend that Valley very much wanted to be with again in the near future.

This could potentially be the greatest night in her entire life. So ready.

She'd come dressed in her casual clothes - tight fitting blue jeans with her favorite Led Zepplin hoodie on top. Nothing too fancy, but she wasn't out to impress with it. What she was wearing underneath would hopefully do that job well enough.

Psyched to meet a few new people and get the party started, Valley joined the chorus as soon as Angel entered - she was the newest face in the room, but hopefully she'd fit in by the time they were done.

"Surprise!"

Adrian was pressed flat against the dark wall as Tiffany and Angel entered, the cowgirl might not have known how to be sneaky but Adrian sure did. She could have written a whole book on it if she wanted to. Plus the cosplayer wanted to see Angel again so this was all working out nicely. Waiting for the right moment to strike, she hit the lights and leapt forward, trying to jump on the Latina with a big "Surprise!" Glomp.

Although Tiffany wasn't familiar with Valley, she was a friend of Ace's, so she was more than willing have her there with the silver haired Canadian. And, the woman seemed to love rock, judging by the Led Zepplin attire. She hadn't gotten much of a chance to chat with her before now, with the setting up and all, but she hoped to correct that soon enough.

Speaking of Ace, the girl was standing beside Valley, presents and balloons in hand. She had liked the girl back when they met at the bar some time ago, and heard she had won and lost the Entropy belt. Well...was cheated out of it was more accurate. She hoped hanging out here tonight and having a good time would take her mind off of that debacle.

Hearing Adrian's voice, the Texan turned and saw her fairly lunge at Angel. There was another unfamiliar face, who had responded to the invite with a lot of enthusiasm, to be sure. Sure, Tiffany had heard of Adrian Kytes, but never met the girl in person. She seemed like a never ending bundle of energy, a perpetual good time machine, which worked for her!

The best part? None of them were that Reika woman, who had nearly caused a bar fight during the last time she tried a karaoke outing. Just remembering that made Tiffany think *Wow, that girl had problems.*

"Happy Birthday!" Tiffany chimed in with a grin. "Well, we're a few hours early, but still. And also...welcome back!"
The cowgirl suddenly would sound a lot less drunk to Angel....
