One Lovely Evening

Eve blushed as well, but didn't begin blurting things out like that. She gave Lapin a slug in the arm. "S-Shut up!"

Cesba raises an eyebrow. "I was only kidding around. But maybe something more has been going on? No matter. I have made my decision about payment for such a...Dastardly deed..."

"Owww!" Lapin complained as Eve roughly struck her in the arm, forcing her to remove her head from her hands to gently rub the newly pained arm, her eyes mildly watering despite the punch not even being very hard.

Attention suddenly snapping to the intimidating Cesba, Lapin gently backed off a little bit, quite afraid of what the spider woman's next few words would be.

"Sorry..." Eve said gently as she wrapped her arms around Lapin to hug the rabbit. This definitely didn't help their case too much... Eve too, would back away a bit when Cesba had decided her form of payment.

"I would lovingly ask you both for a fight. But I dont think that'd be nice since you both were broken by the dragon woman aleeady. " She patted both of their heads. "All I really would require is a meal. A woman who defeats a dragoness deserves a nice meal after, yes? "

"It's ok.. I'm just a little delicate.." Lapin whispered in reply to Eve while embracing the gentle hug, the closeness of her friend making her feel better, even if it was only slightly.

"W-Well.. What do you want to.. E-Eat..?" Lapin asked nervously in reply to Cesba's statement, thinking about it for a moment before timidly continuing on. "I-I mean.. I may not be the toughest of people.. But I think I could face against you.." The rabbit mumbled, doing her best to show off a little bit of confidence.

Cesba raises an eyebrow. "I'll be honest...My race is very cannibalistic. But I am not. I hate the thought of eating another being hat can think and feel on a human level. Though other meats are fine. Chickens, cows and things like that."

She takes her hands off of the two women and was about to walk away. Until... "Tough? How tough?" She looks iver her shoulder.

Feeling a sudden chill rush down her spine as she was posed with the intimidating question Lapin sighed gently, collecting all of her confidence to turn and look at the scary spider woman. "Tough enough to take you on in a match." The rabbit spoke out surprisingly bluntly, only realising what she had just said after she had said it, and immediately regretting it once she did.

Eve sat next to Lapin in shock. She didnt know where this confidence was coming from. Neither did Cesba. She turns around and walks towards Lapin. "Care to put your money where your mouth is? Huh, rabbit?"

Looking at Eve with a regretful expression Lapin wasn't sure what to say. True she knew what she wanted to say, she wanted to say sorry and run away, however that would make her seem like a coward, and there was no way she would want to be perceived as coward.

"N-Name your terms..!" Lapin managed to stutter out, the confidence in her voice drastically lowering as well as her already submissive stance.

Cesba frowns. She did want to fight. But it was going to be bad....For Lapin."My terms?" The spider shot several webs on several trees to make a ring around all three of them. "I want to make you submit. May I or may I not use my powers against you, rabbit?"

"Eep!!" Lapin squeaked as the webs suddenly shot from Cesba, causing her to defensively jump back a few steps before trying to recover and stay steady on her feet. "U-Use all the powers you want!" Lapin yelped in fright, temporarily looking over at Eve as if to ask for some sort of help.
