Please Don't Be Mad

"Meh." Jay shrugged. "We just dont see eye to eye so often."

"You dont have to fight. Not too much at least. You have me to protect ya." He gives her a small and playful shove before taking himself and his phone into the other room to give his mothers a call. Jay returned a minute or two later. "Alright. We can head out in a few."

"Bummer. Think that might improve someday?" She doesn't look amused by the shove. "You know if you did that a few months ago I would have thrown furniture at you" but she quickly dropped it and sat down. "Alright...so now what?" she looked a little bored.

"Im not sure. He's not even that good a wrestler. And he doesnt seem to be into the whole thing in the first place. So, why would I associate myself with him?"

When she threatened him with furniture, he bit his lip. "I dont think I could take a chair or a table to the head, Lina..." He looked at her arms and wondered how she could have lifted a table so easily... "Well, we could start going if you put on some shoes. And I uh...Put on some shoes and a shirt..."

"Why should that matter? I got some friends who aren't into it either. That's kind of a mean thing to say." She didn't buy the reason of Nick not being into wrestling as one for Jay to ignore him. "Then don't give me a reason to do that." she poked him after he commented about not taking things to the head.

"Who says you have to?" she pulls him closer and sits him on her lap when he mentions the part of not wearing a shirt and rubs his chest a little bit before lightly shoving him off and she gets ready to head out.

"I-I didnt mean it like that. It just, I dont know what he's doing there if he isn't their to do anything. And we dont really have much in common either."

When Lina pulled him in and sat him down on her lap, Jay yields a blush. "But I-I have to, beautiful." She pushed him onto the couch and got up to get ready. He smirks and stands up to do the same.

She knew he was going to put one on anyway, she just wanted to mess with him a tiny bit before they headed out. As they got outside she asked how far they were going? Regardless of how he answered she would give jokingly groan and say "That's too far...carry me." She wouldn't object if he did that though.

They left thw house and began to walk. The place was only a few blocks away. "Just a block or two..." Jay listens to her complain about the distance and she wants him to carry her. Jay raised an eyebrow and makes a small sigh.

"Alright, alright." He opens his arms up and offers for her to be carried.

"I was just messing with you Jay." she tells him. "But if you're seriously willing she positions herself for her to be lifted.

"You know that I take things serious. You have to by now." Jay chuckled as he sweeps Lina off her feet and can her a la bridal carry. It was a short distance he had to carry her, but Jay paid it no mind. He did it hoping to make her feel better and happy.

When they got to the destination, Jay set her down on her feet gently. He opens the door for Lib and walked in after her.

"Hmm..." Jay scanned the crowd, soon seeing his mothers seated in a booth. He takes Lina's hand and walk over to them. "You wanna sit on the inside or outside? "

She grinned to see how far he would take this, even though it wasn’t far.   She reached over and jokingly wanted to tap him on the butt but more and likely wouldn’t have been able to reach and ended up tapping his back instead.  He held on to him with a smile as they continued on.  “Awww” she said as she put him down.  “Was hoping you’re carry me all the way in, but it’s alright.”  She was only teasing and she gave his butt a feel before getting it a light spank.  “Maybe next time.”

“Inside’s fine.”  She was fine with where they were.
