It didn't take long for Tabitha to go limp in her arms and after a quick confirmation with her hands to assure she was out she let go the rookie. It wasn't bad considering there huge gap in experience, but Kyoko knew it would require a bit more work to get anything going, they seemed to push things as far as they could go in a spar. And despite the fact that she made this challenge to get a warm up, she was more interested in testing Tabitha now then anything, plus it was always amusing to work over some new faces.

"Alright then lets see if we can work on something's for you." Kyoko would try and wake up the nearly dazed wrestler and sit her up to give her more space to breath but would constantly be trying to get her back to her feet if she was willing. "Come on, if you want to improve you have to be able to dust this off and keep going."

Kyoko seemed to want to try to get more out of Tabitha. She would sit Tabitha up, and allow her some space. It took a few mintues, but Tabitha would come too soon enough. Tabitha had a good welt starting to form on her abdomen from being hit so many times, but she would start to come around. As Kyoko seemingly taunted her to get back up to her feet, Tabitha would after a minute get herself back up.

She was in pain and the reason was plain as day for anyone to see. But she wanted to soldier on and see what else Kyoko had in store for her. This was going to present Tabitha with the challenge of needing to deal with some level of adversity while still trying to move forward. At least true to her word at the beginning when they spoke, Tabitha was able to shake out the feeling of unconsciousness and try to continue learning from Kyoko.

"Oh that's a nasty bruise forming on you there you should really work on your abs, a weak core won't win you matches." Kyoko said as Tabitha worked her way up to her feet, hurt certainly but not broken which was good, if she found this demoralizing she wouldn't make it far.

"So I got a good idea of where you are as a wrestler, what about your skill as a striker?" Kyoko asked as she raised her arms above her head and tightened her stomach. "To ahead try and return the favor, I'm wide open." Kyoko egged her on waiting to see if she'd get some challenge out the free shot she was giving.

Tabitha would without even thinking about it go with the first thing that came to mind now that Kyoko had given an open invitation to hit her with Tabitha's best shot. Tabitha was certainly more of a striker than a wrestler at this point.

Tabitha would unleash a head kick at Kyoko. Hopefully it would do some damage, as she knew not to try attacking Kyoko in the abdomen. She had rock hard abs and they would likely absorb any manner of blow Tabitha delivered.

In hindsight she should have been more prepared then she was. She had prepared for Tabitha to try and repay her with a belly punch but she instead opted to throw kick that hi the side of her head. The world spun as she was knocked for a loop stumbling around but she managed to stay on her feet in spite of the power behind her kick, albeit dazed.

"We'll we learned your strengths then." Kyoko would say as she recovered holdin the side of her face that got struck. "And you were smart to use your feet. Too many bones stick out in the face, it's pretty easy to break your hand on." She explained as she put her guard up. "Alright now try something with me defending this time. How do you plan to get an attack through?" She questioned preparing for whatever Tabitha might do.

Tabitha saw the result of her attack. Cracked her good with a kick. Enough to show that she meant business but not enough to knock Kyoko out, Tabitha was not the strongest girl in the fight and this was a lesson she learned almost every time that she had gotten into the ring. Her body was toned, but certainly not muscular.

Now that Kyoko was defending herself, The challenge was to land another blow. This was either really easy or really hard, as a kickboxer Tabitha knew there were three basic zones to attack another person at. Their head, their body, or their legs. Stepping forward, Tabitha would first attack Kyoko in her body with a left, followed with a right that was aimed toward her head, and try to finish up by sweeping the legs out from under Kyoko while she was concentrating on defending her face from the second punch.

Tabitha moved in not too long after she finished her statement and Kyoko was forced to prepare herself as fast as possible. The first attack came towards her body but Kyoko figured she wouldn't aim there unless she had something else in mind and made no effort to avoid the punch as it tagged her belly. Kyoko grunted but her abs held firm and prevented too much damage as Tabitha followed I up with a blow aimed at her head, Kyoko prepared for this one and was able to successfully block her hand and grab it. The victory was short lived however as Tabitha began to go for a sweep. Kyoko had time to see it but not enough to avoid the kick as it tripped the back of her legs. She ended up letting go of Tabitha's arm as she fell backwards, hitting the ground backfired with an "Ugh" as her back exploded in pain from impact Kyoko arched her back bring her hands back there to comfort it.

Seeing the opportunity arise as she would fire off her combination of strikes, Tabitha was able to change where she was striking enough that she caught Kyoko off balance. Even though her punch was caught, Tabitha was already committed to the decoy and followed through to sweep out Kyoko's legs. Fortunate that she did not get taken to the ground with Kyoko as she fell, Tabitha would watch Kyoko crash down to the ground as she grabbed her back.

Thinking that she should follow up in a similar fashion as Kyoko had done to her previously, Tabitha would try to put Kyoko into a hold now. Unfortunately for Tabitha, her available arsenal was not quite as extensive here. Thinking that she could trap the arm that was closest to her, Tabitha would try to put Kyoko into an armbar.

Tabitha would attempt to grab the arm and then wrap her legs around it and start to pull, hopefully only enough that Kyoko might be forced to tap out. Tabitha was certainly not interested in attempting to actually hurt Kyoko at all, but she did want to repay Kyoko for the thrashing she had gotten a few minutes before.

Kyoko wasn't sure if Tabitha would capitalize on her advantage or not. She got here answer as she felt the rookie wrap her legs around her arm and pull her arm out, locking into an armbar. Once she started to pull on the hold Kyoko's entire arm bent in a weird angle and the pain began to spread across. "Aaaagh!" She screamed, trying to pull at Tabitha's legs and break the hold with anything she could get her hands on which wasn't much.

Soon figuring that this particular tactic was getting her nowhere she instead decide to use her free hand and began pulling them closer to the ropes, figuring that once she got there she get a ropebreak and regroup her thoughts.

Kyoko would get to the ropes and break the hold. Tabitha now had to back away and allow them both to get back in the middle of the ring.

"How was that? I know I am still learning, but if I had you in the middle of the ring you would have tapped out yes?"

With them both in the middle of the ring again, Tabitha was going to try to resume her attack on Kyoko. This time she would try to go right for the low kick again. If she could chop down the tree at its trunk, then she could welt up Kyoko's legs almost as badly as her own gut was going to be bruised up once they finished.
