Misty Starlight (D) vs. Belinda Northman

Misty sat backstage adjusting the finishing touches to her wrestling attire.. She pulled up her white leggings all the way to the midway point of her relatively thick thighs and then ensured her boots were fastened around her feet. Nerves were starting to set in a little and that was somewhat compounded by the fact that since she messaged her sister Sandy to tell her she’d gotten the AFW contract, she hadn’t heard or seen from her. It was meant to be a surprise, but she was expecting Sandy to have shown up before her first match if not at the very least called her. But there was nothing but radio silence

“Where ya hidin’ at…” Misty asked to the air above her head. She sighed, it felt like Sandy’s absence was putting a dampener on what was suppose to be a really uplifting experience. But she couldn’t change that now, all she could do was get herself focused on what was sure to be a difficult debut bout. Getting to her feet, the young southern belle walked to the door of her dressing room, opened it and walked out almost directly into Sandy Starlight

“S-Sandy? Howdy!” Misty beamed, instantly feeling the heaviness lifted off of her shoulders “Heh… Well…” She scoffed, putting her fists on her hips with a mock scowl at her sister “Someone certainly likes ta come in late ta the party…”

“Hey Missy. Sorry ah didn’t make it here till now…”

“Misty” Misty corrected her sister

“Huh?”

“Misty… its ma rin’ name.” she looked at her older sister with hopefulness but when she didn’t see the recognition register as she was expecting, she had to elaborate

“Y’know… like… Mist… and Sand… Sandy? Get it? It works so well! Misty and Sandy Starlight, The Starlight Express… Now that the kinda tag team name y’all can’t help but ta get behind!”

“Right… Misty… ah have ta ask… Jus’ what are ya playin’ at?”

“Huh?”

“ah mean ya didn’t asked me about any of this joinin’ AFW business, hell ya didn’t even mention it ta me… When ah got ya that spar with Suzumi, ah wasn’t doin’ so so that you could join up a few months later.”

“Oh… nice… no 'congrats on yer new contract' then? Y’alls suppose ta be happy for me.” Misty shook her head and slipped past Sandy out of the door to start heading for the ring

“Missy… wait..!” Misty stopped

“Misty” she said whirling

“Misty… I’m jus' concerned for you.. That’s all.”

“Y’alls gotsa stop babyin’ me… You, Ma, Pa… ah’m a big gal now. Hell, ah reckon ah might-could even give yer a run fer ya money”

“Its not that. Ah jus’-… Ah jus’ gots myself some powerful enemies here that wouldn’t think twice 'bout tryin' somethin’ on you ta gets at me.” This explanation at least seemed to sooth Misty a little. “Will you at least run AFW things past me in the future?”

“Hmm… Well... Ok… Buuuut… Yer gotta pays me back by comin’ ta ma big debut match… its up next.” Sandy still looked somehow dissatisfied, but she sighed and put on a brave face. Placing her hand upon Misty’s shoulder, she smiled and said

“Sure I’ll come… What do ya think I’m all here for anyways..?”

“Great!” Misty exclaimed excitedly “Ah tells ya, with the Starlight sisters ridin’ duo… Why, this is gonna be as fine as cream gravy!” Pausing only to give her sister a quick hug, she rushed off down the corridor “I’ll cya out there!”

Victory via pinfall, submission or KO

A few minutes later out in the arena, the violin and accompanying beat intro of Roundtable Rival by Lindsey Stirling started to play over the loudspeaker. As the beat drop proper kicked in around 17 seconds into the track Misty Starlight walked out onto the top of the rampway, followed in tow by a much more familar face to the crowd... Sandy Starlight, who the audience had not seen for quite a few months. The cheers came up loud for the appearance of the veteran wrestler, but Sandy ensured to stay back in Misty shadow, allowing her little sister to soak up the full atmosphere.

The unexpected loudness of the crowd almost took Misty's breath away and she had to take a moment to compose herself before raising her arm up in a signal towards the crowd and started making her down the ramp

"Ladies and Gentleman, the following contest is scheduled for one fall...." The ring aid announced over the loud speaker "Introducing first... Making her debut to AFW, she is Misty Starlight!!!!"

At this point Misty had made her way to the ring, she rolled in under the bottom ropes while Sandy walked around the ring towards the announcers table side. Misty hopped up onto the second turnbuckles ropes, raising her arms up gloriously as she looked out in the crowd.

Belinda seemed to have quite the interesting match on her hand right now, as she stood in her locker room watching the screen and seeing how her opponent was apparently Misty Starlight, the apparent younger sister of former AFW champion. It felt rather odd, as if they had planned this out somehow. Still, Belinda wouldn't be against the prospect of fighting the younger sister of an accomplished wrestler, she knew that those were the ones who needed to prove themselves the most. So for that reason she'd go into this match with all of her heart, not that she didn't do that in every match already....

The Swede walked out of her locker room, dressed and ready and got to the Gorilla Position, where she would wait as the stage hands set everything up for her music to play and her entrance to be ready. Hearing the music cue, Belinda pulled her hood up and stepped out onto the ramp. She kept herself at the top of the ramp and then took to a jog down the ramp.

Giving a few high fives to the crowd as the fan favorite wrestler got her fair share of cheers from the Friction crowd. Making her way down towards the ring where she would go in with a slide under the bottom ropes, jumping up to her feet, she ran towards the furthers off turnbuckle and jumped up to the middle ropes, both arms raised as the crowd erupted out into the cheers. Bringing her arms down she pulled her hood off and then jumped off the turnbuckle, turning around. Eyes focused on Misty, as for the moment she was paying full attention to her opponent as opposed to the eye catching Sandy Starlight.

Belinda would walk up towards the center of the ring, one hand on her hip as she nodded towards Misty. Looking to extend her hand out for a friendly handshake. " Looks like I'm going to be your first opponent. Looking forward to a great match from you, so I won't be holding back." Belinda said with a friendly smile on her face.

Misty stretch one arm across her ample bust as she waited and watched for her debut opponent. The irony of her facing none other than Belinda Northman, younger sister to the accomplished Cecilia... Another wrestler that has had to work her way out from under the big name of another family member.

Misty smiled as the swedish blonde stepped in through the ropes into the ring, her heart was pounding like a jackhammer but she did her best to keep things under wraps to at least look a little professional in front of all the crowd. It was a great feeling to be standing opposite some she'd watched on TV wrestle in the very ring that she was now in

"Ya might could say that yer poppin' ma cherry.. But even so, this 'ere ain't ma first rodeo I'll have you know." She put one hand on her hip in mock pride, a perky smirk on the corner of her lips to clue in the fact that it wasn't arrogance but just playfulness "Had ma self a lil ol' spar with The tsunami Suzumi Ishikawa a while back... An' thats not ta mention all 'em tussles with Sandy an' Magic Mia."

Belinda would look on as Misty Starlight put that hand on her hip and spoke out, it didn't seem as if Misty was some rookie and it could be said that Belinda was expecting a great match, after all she had heard a good deal of Sandy Starlight's old accomplishments, which meant that Misty more than anyone was working to overcome them to make a name for herself, much like Belinda had been with her own sister Cecilia.

Belinda was a bit surprised when her hand wasn't taken for that handshake though, but she would let it slide for now. Shaking her head a little as she would then take a step up towards Misty. " That's good, then let's both bring our best and see who comes out on top." Belinda said, a smile on her face as she would nod towards Misty.

The Swede would wait for the referee to come in and tell them to rules before backing up a little and leaving some space for the match to start. Once the bell rung, the blond would drop down into her wrestling stance with her arms raised up and ready to grapple with Misty Starlight. " Ready when you are."

Misty had only noticed that Belinda had slightly moved her hand out from herself expecting a handshake when she started to retract. Quickly the Texan girl lunged forwards to catch Belinda's hand in both of hers, giggling nervously as she shook Belinda's hand vigorously.

"Let'sall 'ave a good match now." She side cheerily. the ref girl climbed into the ring and started to lay out the rules as per usual but Misty barely even heard her speaking, bouncing slightly on the front parts of her feet as she backed up a little away from Belinda and stretch her arm by mimic a backwards elbow motion.

Finally the ref was done and after checking over both wrestler briefly she called for the bell.

Misty breathed out, getting her arms up in a wrestling stance as she came back out towards the middle of the ring waiting for Belinda to meet her in the center now as her debut opponent and moving her arms forwards as if to initiate a shoulder and collar lock up.

Belinda would blink in surprise as Misty rather awkwardly lunged towards her hand to take a hold of it and give it a vigorous shake. The Swede would tilt her head a bit before she responded to those words of Misty with a friendly smile.

When the handshake was done with and the referee had come in to explain the rules and everything. The two blond's backed up and would start to get ready. When the bell finally rang, the Swede would raise her arms and drop into her wrestling stance, starting to move forward little by little as she inched her way closer to Misty.

When they came in close enough, in the center of the squared circle....Belinda would lung forward and lock up! Arms moving around that collar and elbow to go for a firm lock up. Collar and Elbow, a standard lock up if there ever was one, and with that started, Belinda would quickly try and work her way to push Misty Starlight backwards, trying to force the fellow blond back towards the ropes.

With their hands on each others shoulders/collar, Misty lowered her head until a few stray strands of blonde hair fell and mingled with Belinda's... Their foreheads were close and as Misty's breathing rate deepened, the warm puffs of air could be felt caressing against Belinda's cheek. Belinda was far more used to taking lock ups and although Misty did the tactically smart move of taking a step back so that she could plant one foot behind her and anchor her position, she still find it difficult to prevent Belinda's pushing momentum backwards.

~Probably 'bout time for me ta try out one of Sandy's specials...~ Misty thought to herself as her sister keenly watched on from the outside with one hand on the edge of the apron.

Repositioning her hand from Belinda's shoulder to instead grip at Belinda's forearm, Misty pushed up to try an loosen the swede's hold on her shoulder before abandoning the lock up completely and trying to duck down under Belina's armpit. Misty scrambled with her feet, trying to slip down so as to get around behind the fellow blonde.. The front of Misty's body bumped briefly against the side of Belinda's torso and then a moment later she was pressing herself nice and close up against Belinda's back.. her arms wrapping around Belinda's waist in a reverse hugging position to try and stick to her opponent like glue

Belinda and Misty's lock up was a initiated and with it the two fighters would push and struggle against one another, as the Swede would feel how she was able to push Misty back and had already started to put her opponent on the back foot, just a few more seconds as she'd have her pressed up against the corner.

Though it looked as if the fellow blond had other plans, as she started to shift her grip and change their lock up, getting in under her arms and then slipping in around the Swede, as the American blond get in behind Belinda, hugging her tightly from behind, pushing that generous rack of hers up against the strong and firm back Belinda. " Nhg..." Belinda winced out as the Shooting Star would bring her hands down, grabbing at Misty's wrists, trying to start pushing and attempting to force those arms off of her waist.

Belinda would struggle, and shift her weight around as she tried to pull those arms apart just enough so that she'd be able to slip out of the hold. In return though, Belinda would try and pivot around and slip in behind Misty! Trying to lock her own arms around Misty's waist and return the waist lock with a waist lock of her own! Trying to squeeze tightly and attempt stick to Misty's back.

Belinda's blonde strands of hair got all up in Misty's face as she snuggled in nice and close, squatting and cupping her crotch against Belinda's behind like one would do while spooning. The Texan let out a hot breath into the back of her opponent's neck, trying to think where to go from here when Belinda threw herself into action before it was too late. Struggling with Misty hip to hip so that it looked like the two were doing a sensual rumba together, Belinda finally managed to work away enough space to break out of the rookie's arms and slip around behind her

"offf.." Misty huffed out as Belinda's warm bod pressed right up against her back just as close as she had been before. Misty squated down again to try and keep her feet planted against the mat, her curvy hip and butt cheeks becoming accentuated as they protuded backwards into Belinda's crotch.

Misty let her hands drop down around the outsides of Belinda's forearms, holding onto her as she looked over her shoulder and then started trying to push backwards with her feet... hoping to force the Swede backwards right up into the corner turnbuckles directly behind them where Misty could maybe sandwich her against the pads and her own body

The tight struggle between the two blonds was very clear, as their frames pressed snuggly against one another, with the Swede managing to reverse their position and get in behind the newcomer, she would release a hot breath of air against the back of Misty's neck, leaning in closer as she felt Misty starting to lower her stance against the canvas.

She would try and tighten her hold against that waist, as if she was trying to squeeze the fight out of the fellow younger sister to a big name in AFW. Though soon enough, with that shapely rump of Misty at the forefront of her assault, pushing against Belinda's groin, the Shooting Star was being forced backwards. Backpedaling step by step towards the corner.

Belinda was then sandwiched up between the turnbuckles and Misty's frame. "Ooft!.." The Swede grunted out, but the blond wasn't willing to relinquish the advantage just yet, releasing her hold of Misty's waist, she would instead try to slide them up under Misty's arms and try to clasp her hands against the back of that neck, for a Full Nelson hold. Pressing her left foot against the bottom turnbuckle, she would try and shove them forward and escape from the corner while trying to lock in Misty Starlight in a more restrictive submission hold.
