GASTER vs Triin 2: Steel Cage Collar and Chains POW Match

Rules:
The match takes place in a steel cage. Handcuffs with keys in them are spread around the fences of the cage at the bottom.
Winning Condition: Handcuff your opponent and put her in a collar attached to the corners of the ring
Special Stipulation: The loser becomes winner's POW

Tonight was the night! As the Shadow Lord got dressed, and put her mask on, she was pumped about her match tonight. Today, she was going to beat the woman who humiliated her a while ago, and gave her a potential health scare with her neck (thankfully, the doctors did clear her for the match tonight).

In addition, Clara hasn't won any singles matches in AFW for a long while. Beating Triin would prove to be a perfect way to get the Ws in her wins and losses record going!

With a knock on her door, the Shadow Lord knew she was due to enter, and as such, exit the locker room to make her way to the ring.

And a minute later, all the lights in the arena would disappear, and a dark fog would fall on the entrance ramp of the Friction Arena, with a single spotlight shining through, and a lonely figure casting her shadow...before stepping out of the fog to reveal herself as the Shadow Lord GASTER!

With her signature laugh, she would make her way down the entrance ramp, looking around the crowd...and then towards the ring...and the steel cages that will house the battle between the knightess and the Shadow-y creature, just as GASTER requested.

In the ring, 4 collars were attached to the top turnbuckle's of each corner, being the second stipulation put about by the valiant knightess.

She rolled into the ring, let out one more: "MWAHAHAHAHAHA!", laugh, and requested the microphone from the ref standing outside the ring (having no purpose in standing in the ring tonight).

"I will keep it short and simple: The knightess will pay tonight for humiliating me in my encounter last year...as I will make her a slave to my glorious empire tonight!"

Finishing her short promo to cheers from the crowd, the Shadow Lord would give the mic back, and go towards the corner to take off her yellow hoodie, awaiting her rival's entrance to the ring...

It had been less than 24 hours since Triin had bumped her way into an old opponent of hers in the dark corridors of the Friction complex's basement. GASTER, the Shadow Lord that Triin had defeated in her debut match in AFW had, quite suitably for her persona, emerged from the shadows, and promptly challenged the Baltic Knightess to a re-match. And that had suited the Estonian more than fine. She certainly had some unfinished business with her.

In fact, it was still a bit of a mystery to the blonde knightess why the smaller villainess was so keen on clashing with her again. If anything, her previous defeat in the hands of the knightess was something that she should not have wished to experience again. Maybe she was still just that bitter of her defeat...or overconfident of her own abilities to vanquish a skilled knightess!

But that didn't change the facts, that Triin had done some mistakes too in their previous confrontation. And she did not even mean some of the vicious holds that GASTER had set her up in... No, her worst mistake had been to let the villainess just go! She had waived her opportunity to apprehend the Shadow Lord, to put her in cuffs and chains, to keep her away from creating further chaos in the AFW arena! That should have definitely been her job as a knightess...

So today, Triin had a marvellous opportunity to fix those mistakes. The Shadow Lord had been all too keen to accept her conditions of cuffs, collars and chains, even going as far as adding in a POW stipulation of her own to the mix! That suited Triin's own goals more than fine. Only aspect that she was not entirely sure of was GASTER's demand for the fight to take place in a steel cage....but honestly, Triin found no reason why she should have been worried about that.

Triin Liiv - The Baltic Knightess:

Watching as GASTER made her entrance, the Estonian's face turned into a rare grin. She had to give some respect to GASTER for truly living up to her gimmick. The fog, the shadows, the laugh, the choices of words.... The villainess really knew how to represent herself. And as Triin was keen to live up to her own knightess gimmick, it was something that the blonde actually valued. Besides, all of her foe's bravado would just make herself look more awesome as she'd be vanquishing her foe...

It was time for Muse's Knights of Cydonia to be played in the Friction arena, as Triin made her appearance and her way down the ramp. She was sporting her usual serious face, emphasizing the notion that she meant business. As the ring was complemented tonight by a steel cage, the knightess was unable to perform her usual entrance manouvres, instead showing off some skilled moves by swishing her sword through the air at the entrance of the cage. Then, it was time to leave the sword and grab the microphone, and head into the cage.

"Short and simple: Your empire is far from glorious. It's even darker than your fate in my hands." the knightess began, before making her way closer to GASTER. "As you apparently recall, it wasn't bright the last time either. But remember that it's you, who has chosen to be cuffed and chained my prisoner!" Then, the knightess turned to face the audience, clearly addressing her last words to the crowds. "Who knows, maybe I might even have to unmask her. What do you think?"

GASTER would shake her head at Triin's words. She didn't choose to be cuffed and chained. She chose the stipulation to do that to the knightess, to get back at her for the final display in their match a few months ago. Confident in her abilities tonight, she was sure she could beat the knightess this time...

...however, her last sentence addressed towards the crowd actually angered her a little, as she walked towards Triin, getting right into blonde's face, and getting her covered mouth close to the microphone, to make sure she was heard: "Try that...and you will learn of fates worse than death, knightess...", she would grimly state, before heading back into her corner, standing in her usual grappling stance, awaiting the signal from the official for the match to begin...

It was rare that Triin turned out to be the more talkative combatant in the ring. Or in a cage, for that matter... Usually the Estonian was one to keep her words to a minimum. But this time was little bit different. This time she had her previous victory over GASTER as a solid foundation to build something on, and her opponent's role as the evil Shadow Lord only made it easier to emphasize her own gimmick as the righteous knightess!

Interestingly, her final sentence seemed to work even better with angering her opponent that the blonde had expected! As soon as she turned to face her masked foe again, GASTER had already come closer to her, issuing her grim warning right to her face! While they weren't enough to keep her from heading back to her corner for now, GASTER's reaction to Triin's words clearly demonstrated that such suggestions of her mask had hit a soft spot. Something that could potentially be taken advantage of later...

The bell rang, and the game was on. GASTER took up a grappling stance, but Triin had no intentions of starting to grapple with her masked foe. She did however approach her, but instead of a lock-up, the knightess would try to deliver some stiff chops above the Shadow Lord's chests when close enough!

The bell rang, and, with good bit of competitive anger (and legitimate, at the thought of Triin taking her mask off of her), the match officially got under way.

The two women would close the distance between one another fairly quickly, as GASTER attempted to lock up with Triin in a Collar-and-Elbow Tie Up.

Instead, however:

SMACK!

"AAAAAAH!"

Triin would shoot her arm forward, aiming it at the chuuni's chest for a chop!

GASTER would barely get her arm up in time to absorb just a bit of the impact, but not all of it. Still, the block was enough to keep her on her feet...

...and mount a come back against the knightess!

"GYAAAAAAAAAH!", she would roar, as she shot her own arm at her foe's bigger chest for a Knife Edge Chop of her own!

Honestly, Triin did feel a little bad for not taking up GASTER's challenge to a lock-up, going instead immediately for a chop of her own. But only a little... Despite the fact that accepting the tie-up would have probably appeared more like the heroic thing to do in her case, she knew her own strengths did not lie in grapple. No, they lay in swift strikes, such as the stiff chop she had decided to deliver on her masked foe right off the bat. And Triin was determined to ensure in any possible way, that she would be coming out on top of this battle.

A sense of content filled the blonde knightess'es mind as she heard the Shadow Lord's previous defiant tone turning into cry of pain. That was good. Maybe it was time for another chop...

...but before she could do that, GASTER's cry of pain had turned into a war cry! The chuuni had decided to showcase skills in chops of her own, and Triin's fate was to bear that decision's burden. The knightess let out a cry of pain of her own, as she had to admit that GASTER's chops were a threat of their own too. Especially as it had been aimed right at the blonde's chest...

But soon after, the impact's effect was only the blonde's increased determination. While she had needed to take some steps back after the chop, now she decided to charge towards her masked foe, in an attempt of delivering a forearm smash right to her face!

Despite GASTER's chest stinging big time, her own chop managed to drive her rival away from her with a hard chop:

"Hah...huff...take tha----AAAAAAAAAAAGH!"

As GASTER let her guard down, believing Triin herself was more than open to her next attack, suddenly, the blonde knightess would rush at the Shadow Lord, unleashing a hard right forearm smash to her jaw!

Groaning and whining from the strike, GASTER couldn't keep her balance, as she fell to her left knee from the strike, rubbing her sore jaw, with Triin standing over her, ready to attack her once more!

Ha! This Shadow Lord was actually more stupid than Triin had recalled. Yes, her chop had been hard, but did she actually think that it was enough to keep a mighty knightess away?!? Apparently she did, based on how she was beginning to taunt her...

...which just made it all the more pleasurable to deliver the forearm smash to her masked foe's jaw. And it was clearly much more effective - it sent the chuuni stumbling, and falling on her knee!

"On you knees already?" It was the Estonian's turn to taunt, but she wasn't going to give GASTER a chance of getting back up again. No, her intention was to take a couple of steps back, but only to gain some distance before jumping up, and seeing if she could down the Shadow Lord even further with a Shining Wizard!

GASTER was by no means stupid. More fired up than anything. In her competitive anger, she believed her strikes could match with that of Triin's...but ultimately, she would be proven wrong, as her current position would prove.

Triin would taunt the girl as she stepped a few steps away, before rushing straight at the dazed chuuni, ramming her knee into the side of her head for a vicious Shining Wizard!

If the previous strike just left her dazed, this strike made Clara's ears ring, and mind go blank for split second, as she fell face down onto the mat...

The crowd would wonder...was the Shadow Lord done so soon?

Was the succession of moves Triin had just executed nice? Not exactly. But the knightess hadn't come out to this cage tonight to play nice. Her mission was to slay the evil, defeat the Shadow Lord for good! And if the villainess wanted to battle her, well, moves like this were something she was going to have to get used to!

Clearly, that was not the case yet. Triin's Shining wizard downed the chuuni easily, and when the knightess turned around to check out her foe, she was just laying rather motionlessly on the mat.

Granted, it was kinda good news, but the bad news were that GASTER's mask was preventing any definite conclusion of the situation. Was she already out? If she was, Triin could just go ahead and proceed to lock her up. In she wasn't, well, then this would be a prime opportunity to subject the smaller girl to some vicious submission holds...

But of how the situation actually was, there was only one way to find out. Grabbing one of GASTER's wrists, the Estonian started dragging her along the mat towards the closest corner. If she didn't show any signs of life by that time, it would be easy to grab a pair of handcuffs, and imprison the Shadow Lord for good...
