Saving our sister

Veronica "yawned" as Virginia rolled around, crossing her arms as she didn't put up any defenses at all. "Come on sister, you know you can't beat me." She said in a monotone voice. Her expression may not seem like it, but she was pretty bored, knowing that she is going to win anyways. "I mean, if Victoria can beat Minerva, what makes you think you can beat me?"

Virginia eyed veronica and stood up, dusting herself off. "Minerva is weak. Anyone could beat her." She stated matter-of-factly. "What you said, should be my line." She admitted and clenched her fists before darting towards Veronica and aiming a punch towards her stomach.

Veronica narrowed her eyes, disapproving Virginia's words, before she would also clench her two hands into fists and charge at her sister. Once close enough, she would aim to deliver a right hook right across Virginia's cheek, while taking the blow to the stomach at the same time. Her sister's punch knocked the air out of Veronica's lungs, her eyes widening as she doubled over and her left hand clutching her stomach, blood regurgitating up into her mouth, but managed to bit her lower lips to prevent herself from showing Virginia that she almost coughed out blood out of her mouth. She didn't want to show her that she was weak after all.

The fist slammed into Virginia's face and twisted her head. she stumbled backwards and fell onto her knees. her mouth was women and she was panting, a small trickle of blood was runnign down her nose but she still stared defiantly at Virginia. SHe couldn't let her sister know that last punch had taken a lot out of her.

Veronica also stared at Virginia, having a stare down showdown, not moving an inch from where she is, or what position she is in. She wanted to see those weaknesses come out freely from her sister. But suddenly, she coughed out blood from her mouth, those excess blood dripping from her lips and onto her chin. She couldn't contain the damage anymore, and she fell to one knee, coughing a bit more before she panted for air, trying to get some oxygen she lost from that gut shot.

Virginia continued to stare at Veronica as well. But when she saw her sister cough, Virginia stood up. 'Sister..." She said and then grabbed her head, stumbling a bit and falling to one knee, dizzy. She shook her head. "That's enough. I can see your strength is back now." She said and stood up slowly, walking over to Veronica and putting a hand on her back.

"Y-Yeah..." Veronica muttered, also standing up slowly. And when Virginia got close, Veronica would plant a long kiss on the girl's lips with her own blood-smeared lips, before pulling back and whispering softly to her as she pressed her forehead against Virginia's and softly closed her eyes: "I love you, too much that I wouldn't know what to do if it wasn't for you being here for me..."

Viginia melted into the kiss, surprised that she would even do it but grateful. When they pulled away, she licked the blood off her lips and nodded at Veronica's words. "I do too." She said. "I love you more than anything, sister." She rested her hand on her back and rubbed her back.

Veronica smiled in reply. "I knew you'll always be here... for me." She muttered, almost bringing herself up to cry, but started to wipe her eyes before she actually would. "S-So... What do you want to do now?"

Virginia's mouth twitched, almost smiling at Veronica's words. "Of course." She said. "I'll never leave your side, Sister." She then let out a ddep sigh. "That work out made me hungry and dirty, Let's clean up and have soem food. You need to keep up your strength." She suggested.
