Training Day

"I bet you would..." Hilde purred softly in her lover's arms as she nestled against her. "Cardia..." She whispered. "I love you so much as well." Her heart throbbed as she pressed against Cardia. "I... could say the same thing too you know." She said as she leaned up and Kissed Czardia once more. Pulling away she smiled. "I've done too much to deserve you..." She looked away not wanting Cardia to see her.

"C-Cardia..." Hilde said blushing. "You know how much I dislike fighting..." Se said. "A-and even if I'm Lukretia's secretary, that doesn't mean I am her complete slave..." She sighed. "Even before I met you... I was hoping some day I could strike out on my own but I still don't think I can leave Lukretia..."

Cardia stared into Hilde's eyes as they kissed, "Hilde, I don't care about anything you've done. Even if you... you know, outdid me and killed, like, 40 people. I don't care about any of it." She smiled.

She nuzzled Hilde softly, "I know. I can't even imagine you harming a fly... You know, I don't think you can change her... and I don't think she'll fall apart without you." She looked up at Hilde, tracing Hilde's jaw softly, "I... have to break myself of this... awful addiction to her at some point. Trying to befriend her is a childish fantasy of mine." She smiled once more, "There's nobody I would want to strike out on my own with more than you... Even if I have to leech off of your riches."

Hilde searched Cardia's eyes, grateful for her lover's comforting words. "Cardia..." She whispered. "I... Danke..." She said softly.

"You're right... I doubt I can change her and I know she'd be ... she'd still be the way she is without me... but she's my sister and I love her. I have to do everything I can..."

Hilde then took Cardia's hands. "We'll be arlight as long as we're together." She said smiling hopefully.
