Vivienne Bouclier vs Senji Takijima - Entwined

Vivienne was driving home here, she'd done tackles as part of her offence even before her proper training to help her fellow orphans when they were oppressed. In this match the maid had more and more taken up an offensive role in this bout, it was needed for it was clear that Senji had been such a troublesome foe that she had to assail him constantly just to try and get herself back in.

And with the length of this match and the exhausting efforts it took to roll around on the mat with him had left her feeling quite haggard, the battle would surely be concluding soon in the maid's estimation and she had to be frank quite enough of Senji's persistence in this engagement.

Regardless it seemed the feeling was mutual with the lad there going for a swift strike right to Vivienne's jaw, her head jerked to the side and spittle flew from her mouth. The maid staggered in her position and was made to somewhat scramble off the lad, but she wasn't downed. Her vision was blurred and there was a ringing in her ears, but Vivienne had a drive, a desire to fulfil her duties! She'd try to dart in close, almost stumbling down into it as she tried to wrap her arm around Senji's outward one and try to yank in with him to end up in the classic back mount position as she hustled and nuzzled into him there~

Whether Vivienne knew it or not, she'd managed to exploit a flaw prompted by his counterattack. While he had maintained an offense, he had to sacrifice some defense as a trade off. Every move came with one, whether mentally or physically. Lithe fingers wrapped around his outstretched limb. And then, he was pulled into her. Senji's eyes widened and then darted towards the edge of his vision. He spotted her scrambling to get on his back. The target was particularly recognizable, however now he was pretty much reduced to full-on defense.

On what occasion was he protecting?

Senji thought inwardly to himself, ["My neck-?!"]

It'd be at a slight lag of him to use the left arm since that's what Vivienne used for the arm drag move. Now, seconds counted. Vivienne would find the opposing hunter shooting his right forearm up to run parallel to that side of his neck to block choke attempts on that side. Adrenaline and endurance carrying him through the motions, Senji committed his limited actions towards another transition.

He simply went to roll towards the right twice over, but Vivienne could stop him or hang on for the ride. In which case, Senji might end up on the backfoot in terms of the match advantage. The fight overall looked to be in its closing moments!! Tense. Fast. Tenacious. Regardless of how it ended, Bouclier would've met a fighter comparable to herself.

Vivienne even in her semi delirious state could tell that she was in a prime position that could very well allow her to seize the match here and now, the back position in general could allow you to end the battle with a proper application of a hold. The shark that Senji was he likely recognised the dire predicament that he was now in against the dutiful defender there, unfortunate however that Vivienne even in her tired and exhausted state would recognise. The maid knew this would be a decider in the bout and made to get moving.

It was clear that this was a hard position to defend, Vivienne could speak to this with experience thanks to her moniker. Many a time it was more ideal to try and make to get the hell out of dodge than rather to turtle up in response to someone aiming to stick the dagger in your back. Vivienne would simply do what she did best, defend. She'd cling into Senji and ride along with him, making sure to keep her depth awareness in check.

Then when Senji rolled around, the maid let her honed instincts and training go free here. As he'd come down from the movements she'd seek to dart her arms around him, to get him locked in for a rear naked choke attempt! It was time the maid felt for the gentleman to be excused from tonight's proceedings!

And into her jaws, he was snapped up. Senji, now entwined in her grasp, felt that incremental sense of dread. One of her forearms slipped around his neck, aligning his chin in the same direction as the outermost point of her arm - the elbow. In the rear of his mind, he knew what would happen if she succeeded in such an endeavor. Senji's eyebrows wrinkled in hastened fashions. The seconds ticked by as he ran through several scenarios to get the hell out of this. In his mind, there was mainly only one delay which would have a fair chance of working.

His fingers shot up to that limb wrapped around his throat and dug into the muscle there but it couldn't break the skin at that amount of tension. Senji then went to force Vivienne's arm to go downward towards his chest. The intention was to beat her in speed before she could use her other arm to lock with the fingers of the one used for choking. Therefore meaning, that Vivienne wouldn't have the support to keep the choke locked as easily. His legs were aiming to move around as well, but Senji was rather deadpan feeling to perceive her hooks biting hard into his clothed thighs. He was swimming against the current now while striving to escape the Defender's clutches. Still, the textbook hold was akin to being face down in a back alley somewhere no matter how many times he got seized in it.

Haruka could sense it, she was driving the lead home there. Some might have felt a drive of eagerness at progressing there as well as she had, yet for Haruka the girl simply kept herself composed with her eyes being dull in expression. As befitting of the heiress of a clan of warriors that ventured into illicit ventures she kept her eyes on the prize as she simply let out a quiet breathing hiss as her blow connected onto Finlay there.

Yet her mind stayed focused as she sought to try and drive the point home in this spar as she bounced about on the balls of her feet as she smelt blood in the water there. The Ito heiress's breath turned into a quiet hiss, almost akin to a python coiling to strike as she got her arms in close to her chest and bundled in down low against the lad. A drive to see him excused from the field of battle pushed her into the apex of this battle.

"Nhnnn.......I-I have you! Y-Yield or pass out!" Vivienne would loudly hiss out as she proceeded to get that rear naked attempt seemingly locked in finally good and proper in an effort to force a surrender or send her worthy foe straight to lala land!

Barring the out-of-character error, on Senji's end, the seconds ticked on. They ticked. They ticked. Despite her strength, Senji's fingers stayed wrapped around her forearm and continued to squeeze the limb by reflex. If he had leverage, he could've torqued it. A realization dawned on Senji as his vision swam. He tried to search for an answer but it was not coming to him at this rate. They'd traded blows, and Senji had cost her various injuries presumably. However, in the end, Vivienne remained clamped on his back with her arm around his throat. The woman took him further, faster, and closer to that ever-present abyss.

"Grrrk..."

He hadn't the time to choose now. The game was set and match. A valiant effort was put forth but he was outwitted in the end. In terms of reactions, Senji's breathing unwound the choice between those two options was made for him within the tightened Rear Naked Choke. His mind had gone blank, and the darkness became all he knew. Senji's squirming had died down immediately after the resulting knockout. If she were to recognize this and let him be, the color would begin to return to the younger warrior's face.

Vivienne could feel it, the struggle had lessened greatly on the part of her opponent and she could sense it in the air too. The maid kept a stoic facial expression even as beads of sweat practically dripped from her head as she continued to add torque to the grab, her cheeks baring a pair of cute and red cheeks from the strain of tonight's proceedings at least. She'd breathe outwards in a narrowed, puckered expression at Senji's head as she at last felt the man's movements wind down.

The ref would come in and do her job, moving over to test Senji's arm and it would no doubt slump downwards twice. Signalling the end of this bout in the favour of the hardworking maid with Cendrillion blaring out from the speakers, once the bell had rung Vivienne wasted no time in releasing on her grip and falling back on the mat with a loud gasp of air.

This had been quite the arduous experience for the dutiful defender, yet there was a relief in her soul that she had proven herself here tonight. After taking only a brief pause to catch her breath Vivienne would shuffle away somewhat, to let the ref tend to Senji and hopefully rouse him back to some form of decent enough consciousness
