"Maybe one more round of something heavier than this..." Adrian suggested, cooing in the hug. "I just think that it's getting a bit late that's all and I want to go to the gym tomorrow and I really don't wanna be too hung over for that so..." she pondered... "I'll just drink you under the table then go home!" She challenged, seemingly forgetting that Cecilia was supposed to be helping her get home, not fall down in a drinking contest.

Cecilia looked on Adrian as the girl might have gotten a bit too much alcohol in her body already, "No..I don't think thats smart...because I am not going to carry you home...even though I can..I most likely won't....and you can't out drink me...I promise you that Adrian." Cecilia was buzzing, she was by all regards a bit drunk, but she wasn't as wasted as Adrian seemed to be, she finished up her Daiquiri and looked over to the bartender, "Two shots of Jägermeister, and then you can cut this girl off for the night" Cecilia said as she pointed to Adrian.

"Is that a challenge?" Adrian said, taking the shot of jagermeister, despite how stupid the idea sounded in her head. She'd already had way too much at this point to really care about whether it was a good idea or not. Although as soon as the drink touched her lips that question got answered for her.

Bad idea.

"Ugghhhh..." she groaned "okay, definitely no more for me." she said, grimacing as she tried to not spit it back up and swallow the whole thing.

"No it's not a challenge...." Cecilia answered before she quickly threw back the jägermeister shot, the liquorish taste was not something that she was a big fan of, Cecilia looked on and laughed as Adrian didn't seem to like the drink very much.

"No...no more...let's get you home Adrian" Cecilia says as she takes a hold of the girl helping her stand, "Bartender, do you mind calling a cab?" Cecilia says as she looks over to the bartender, "Sure thing" the bartender says as he picks up the phone and calls a cab.

"I'm okay I'm okay!" Adrian insisted as she staggered around, held upright by Cecilia's firm grasp. She was so hammered right now it wasn't even... okay it was still funny watching the cosplayer stagger around with a smile on her face. As the two walked to the arriving cab. After telling the directions or at least where her apartment was the two was off, Adrian curling up to Swedish powerhouse "thanks Cecilia." she murmured.

"No you not.." Cecilia says giggling as both staggered out together and walked to the cab, getting the back and sitting close together, hugging Adrian, "No need to thank me Adrian, what kind of friend would i be If i didn't help you home?" Cecilias said as Adrian curled up with her.

"A mean one." Adrian mumbled, closing her eyes for the rest of the journey, until they got to her apartment block.

Using the lift instead of the stairs they walked to her apartment, Adrian fumbling for the keys "thanks again, I'll pay you back for the drinks sometime Cecilia, I'd let you stay the night here but it's cramped enough with me and Rebecca in..." she said, opening the door to see the 6'4" amazon right in the doorway, staring daggers at the Swede. "Oh hai Rebecca!" Adrian said nervously, narrative causality kicking in.

"exactly" Cecilia responded, when they arrived at the apartment block she told the cab driver "Mind waiting a moment for me" as she gives him a wink and a smile, she helped Adrian into the elevator and helps her to her apartment, staring as she fumbles with her keys, "It's okay Adrian, I'll take the cab home, and don't worry about the drinks, consider them a token of my friendship" she says before seeing the large figure of who she assumed to be Rebecca, and that was confimed when Adrian said so, "Heya..." Cecilia said to the large woman.

The curse of narrative causality - Page 4 Empty Re: The curse of narrative causality

Rebecca just stared at the two drunk women in front of her door, Adrian said she had a match with someone who matched Cecilia's description over the phone, and now the two were very drunk, or at least Adrian was. The amazon didn't trust the other blonde one bit, the drunken cosplayer was not helping her reputation in Rebecca's eyes.

Desperate to diffuse any situation before it started, Adrian staggered forward to hug her friend, "hey... guess what, new drink that I hate: Jager. Fuck jager, never drink it 'cause it's awful." she said hugging her close as she strategically placed herself in between her old friend and her newest friend.

Rebecca only said a small "you okay?" to Adrian, once she got a nod in confirmation she'd say a small "hey." to Cecilia and close the door on her, pulling Adrian into the room.

"Yeah sorry about that...Adrian...Well..good night" Cecilia managed to say before the door slammed shit in front of her, "Friendly" Cecilia said to herself as she began to walk away towards the elevator and took it down to the bottom floor, getting back into the cab and take it home, happy to have had a nice time out with her newest friend, maybe she had gotten her a bit too drunk...well no matter.
