No Matter what, I'll always come back swinging!

The Golden queen, Cecilia Northman was sitting on a bench in the gym, wearing her usual gym clothes, a red tank top, and a pair of black shorts, she had given Rebecca Tomoko a text to met her there, in the gym, and that it had something to do with the favor she asked of her just a couple of days earlier.

Cecilia was going to have Rebecca help her out, and spar with her, help her with some training, she hated to admit it but she wasn't strong enough, to take on Sarah Gatt and the Gatt Attack, even if she had her friends beside her, she needed to get stronger and she had to become better, she had to be able to fight for herself as well as fight with her friends, and who better to help her than Rebecca, the last time they had a spar, Rebecca managed to push Cecilia to almost treat the spar like a match, and they might have gotten a bit to rough with each other, one thing though was that Rebecca wasn't in the best condition during that spar, so if anyone could help the Golden queen then it would be the Amazon.

"Dammit...She's taking way to long" Cecilia said out loud to herself as looked up at the clock, she hated to wait, and hoped that she would get her soon.

Rebecca had taken a bit longer to get to the gym than normal, partly out of the realisation that she was spending more and more time down in the gym than ever before. Even when she was on her "bodybuuilding fad phase" as Adrian described it. But here: wearing a black lycra top that clung to her tightly as possible, a pair of bike shorts and without the blonde dye in her hair for once, going with her natural black. She was ready to pay back a favour.

"Hey!" She called out as she saw Cecilia sitting down on one of the benches near the practice ring. "You okay?"

Cecilia heard Rebecca call out to her, and asking her a question as well, "H-hey....yeah I guess" Cecilia answered, not really sure of what to say, after her defeat she had felt weak and not herself to say the least, hoping that this spar might help her out as ii seemed to have done for Rebecca before, and if not then she might pick up a few new moves or a way to fight back against Sarah next time, if there was anyone Cecilia could say she feared a bit it would be Rebecca, she was not afraid of her as a person, but she was a bit scared if she ever had to face Rebecca in a match.

"Well...ehm..should we get started?" Cecilia said as she began to walk towards the ring for the spar, her voice was not one of enthusiasm or excitement, but maybe a bit sad in fact.

"Just need to warm up a bit." She replied, stertching out her arms and legs before stepping into the ring "Kind of surprised you asked me to help you with this, probably could have learnt a lot more from Adrian." the amazon admitted. Rebecca always considered Adrian to be more skilled of a wrestler but Cecilia had asked for her, so the blonde was gonna practice with quite possibly the largest woman on Friction.

"You sure you're okay for this? Shoulder healed?" She asked, leaning over the ropes of the practice ring to see Cecilia.

Cecilia looked back at Rebecca, after she herself stepped into the ring through the ropes, "Well...Becks....kinda..wanted your help...seeing as you were quite the challenge before you fell asleep last time....and well....since I kinda helped you out a last time....I kinda figured you could help me out....or something" Cecilia said as she kinda explained why she wanted Rebecca's help, she was kinda feeling a bit down, and she hoped that Rebecca could help her out, and she would maybe pick up a few ways to fight a girls as large and as strong as Rebecca.

"Yeah it's okay....don't worry" Cecilia said with a bit of an awkward smile, it was still wrapped up in gauze, but she was moved it around a bit to show that it was okay, she ran her hand through her hair, and her hands stopped as she came to the end, her shoulder length hair, she had had it cut, the day after the match she had with Sarah, it looked a bit better and more well cut and not as uneven as it was when Sarah had given her that haircut.

"Anytime your ready....how do you want to start....from a collar and elbow tie up....don't think I want a test of strength again" Cecilia said as she moved into her wrestling stance.

Rebecca remeembered the last time the two had sparred, although they got a bit out of control at one point it had brought Rebecca out of her funk, one from the last time she faced any of the Gatt Attack in a match, she knew Cecilia was still a bit unusre in herself even if she was all smiles last night when she'd stayed over.

"Okay, we'll start with a tie up, I'll try and push you back, you do whatever you have to do to stop me. Okay?" She suggested, moving in to lock up with the blonde, even though her eyes kept moving to the patched up shoulder once she was tied up with the Swede, she'd push back hard. Going too easy on her would probably be an insult to her.

Cecilia looked over at Rebecca and nodded at her, she began to walk up to Rebecca, and as soon as they locked up she could feel the powerful Amazon push back on her, she tried to hold back as much as she could but it didn't take long before she was being pushed back, one step at the time, she cringed a bit as she tried to hold against her, but she soon gave up to try and push back and hold her ground, going for the same thing she did in their last spar, she would roughly throw herself back and try and throw Rebecca along over her.

Rebecca knew what Cecilia would try to do as she felt herself actually move forward in the tie up, like last time she'd try to move backwards and pull the Amazon over but this time instead of carrying forward to let the momentum take her over head she'd stop pushing and try to pull Cecilia back upright in an attempt to block it "Sometimes things only work once." the amazon said as she tried to prevent Cecilia breaking the lockup that way.

Cecilia was not thinking that it would work twice, but Rebecca was not going to let herself get thrown over once again, as Cecilia tried pull Rebecca over her, she was instead pull in closer to Rebecca, "Y-yeah...I guess so" Cecilia would attempt to move in and try to send a knee up into Rebecca's gut to stun her a little, so she could attempt to throw Rebecca like she tried just a second ago.

Rebecca grunted as Cecilia's knee crashed into her sculpted abs, trying to hold her ground but because she didn't expect Cecilia to try it, she couldn't prepare and shrug it off, making it possible for Cecilia to throw her back.

It must have been a lot harder for the Swede without any momentum and a bad shoulder but eventually she got the amazon up and over, Rebecca's back slamming against the canvas with an "Oof!" Her instinct was to get right back up and start slamming the blonde around like a ragdoll but she tried to calm herself, it was just practice against her friend, she could stay calm and at least try to be encouraging as she picked herself up off the mat. "Well...done, thought on your feet there." She mumbled, trying to sound like a trainer of some sort before dropping an arm low to pick Cecilia up in preparation for what might be a body slam "try dealing with this." she grunted as she tried to pick her sparring partner up.
