Songbird watches as Rain did her attempt to do the armbar, making sure that she did every step correctly. Then when Rain finally set the pressure in, Songbird cringed in pain as she said, "Oww...Oh yeah, that's perfect!" She was smiling in approval in spite of feeling the pain. Rain did the armbar right! Songbird would then tap on Rain's arm as she said, "Okay, that's good."

Feeling Song's tap, Rain would let go of her arm and do a backwards somersault off of her. "Hehe, thanks Alice!" She said, scratching the back of her head, being modest. She felt like a real wrestler now... okay, she had a long way to go before she was as good as Songbird was, but she was making progress. She couldn't wait to try that move out on her next opponent. She stood up, offering Song a hand. "Soooo... are we done with training?"

"Well done," said Songbird accepting the hand. "That was quite an impressive execution on that submisson." She then heard Rain asking if they were finished. "We're almost finished, Reyna. I will show you two more common submissions and you will be on your way." She would motion to the mat again. "If you will insist on lying on your stomach, I can show you the camel clutch."

"Okay Alice!" Rain was a little familiar with what a camel clutch more, so she had high hopes she could perform it well. Following her mentor's instructions, she lied down on her back, waiting for further instructions.

Alice would show a shrugging smile as she told Rain, "Uhh, I said lie down on your stomach, not your back." She waited for her friend to get on her stomach in order for the lesson to begin. Just like before, Alice would say as she did so. "Now, You first on the opponent's back in facing the back of their head. From here, you take each of your opponent's arms and hang them on both of your knees. Then, you place both hands underneath the chin and finally pull back to apply pressure." She won't do it too hard, just enough to make Rain feel it.

"Oh!" Rain immediately turned herself over, blushing from embarrassment. "S-Sorry Alice," As Song started to go through the motions of a camel clutch, Rain took mental notes on everything she did. The camel clutch seemed a little harder than an arm bar, though it didn't hurt as much. Or maybe that was just Song going easy on the pressure since she was just teaching Rain the motions. Either way, she got an idea of how to perform the move. "Okay, I think I get it..." She said, slightly in pain.

Songbird immediately released Rain from the submission and got off of her. "Good, now it's your turn to do it." She would go beside Rain and lie on her stomach. "Take your time in order to get each step right so the submission can be effective." She would now wait for her friend to perform the move.

Okay... like she said, just take your time. She once again went through the steps Song had given through her mind. Sit on their back... face the back of their head... place their arms on my knees... and their chin... apply pressure. This hold was a little harder since Song was a lot larger and heavier than Rain. It took a lot of strength for her to just lift the girl's head up. After a few seconds her arms actually gave out and she had to let Song go. "Whoa... you sure are heavy Alice~" She teased playfully.

Songbird clenched her eyes and grunted when Rain finally got her in the submission and it took a few moments before she was released and she fell hard on the mat. "Ugh!" she grunted in pain. But she would smirk as she slowly got up to Rain. "Heheh, pardon me on that. But when you face other enemies, they could be heavy too. So it's best to keep your strength up."

Songbird would dust herself and say, "Are you ready for one more? I need you to lie on your back again for this."

"I know..." Rain said, slightly upset by the remainder. She'd be at a serious disadvantage if her opponent was too heavy for her to lift. Luckily, she had her strikes, so the submissions could be reserved for people around her size. Hearing her mentor's instructions, she laid down on her back. "Okay, so what's the last lesson Alice?"
