Trying to be kind and somewhat....Appealing....Jay extends his hand out for Veldaris to grab.He leads her over to the table if she accepts iy and sits down next to her. "Um,well....Im gonna get a burger."

She hesitated slightly but did grab hold of his hand. Daisuke points over in the distance and tells Veldaris to look. She does and while her back is turned Daisuke quickly slides to him what sometimes is referred to as 'picnic supplies.' She gives him a wink as if to say 'If anything happens you'll thank me later.' She then decides not to bring it up for the rest of the night.

Jay didnt want to take the so called......Picnic supplies,and tried to give it back to Diasuke.But he had to take it when Veldaris turned her head back. "T-Thank you? What are you--?" The lion put the picnic supplies away and tried to sit normally.

Veldaris wondered what Daisuke was making her look at, but she didn`t think of it much after. Since Vel ordered shortly before the others did she ask for some more alcohol on her way over with Jay to the others and her food to come around the same time as the others if possible. Another drink came here way shortly after Daisuke did her thing.

"And how many is that today?" Dai asks Vel somewhat jokingly. "Only my seconds." As takes some of it, not really caring about numbers.

Sion then tells Jay one time she apparently had what would be the equivalent to 156 cans of beer in one sitting. "I only did that once and haven't done it since. I didn't feel too good after that." She doesn't look like she could get even close to half that today, but she might have room for a few more of what a typical restaurant serving one of is. Daisuke would have said to Jay that some girls like it when you buy them booze, but since she decided earlier not to bring up anything suggestive between those two so she didn't mention it. She did tell him though "Oh, I forgot to mention earlier if you got Earth money it's good here. I can't recall what the exchange rate is though, if you're planning on being here for a while and and going out on your own."

Jay learns that Veldaris sure did love her alcohol.According to Sion and the girl herself.He could feel the 'picnic supplies' that was given to him by Diasuke.....He felt a bit at odd ends about what it was intended to be used for.The lion remembers that Carl and Veldaris seemed to be together,as he remembered from the tree shaking....

"I dont have too much on me.I used a lot of it to get to Japan." He paused for a moment.He thought about the bounty that he was worth.He always wondered if someone was following him for it...Or how many people knew.

Sion wondered how long Jay might stay for, which if it's for a while he might ask him if he wants to do a few things for him for a few bucks or so.

"I hear ya on that." Daisuke tells him. "Traveling within Canada, where I'm from originally, can be pretty expensive at times."

For a moment,Jay wondered and had a mini panic attack.What WAS he going to do about money problems? He didnt really have a home here,nor more than about $100 on him....But he didnt sweat it too much,the lion had been through much worse before.

"Everything on Earth is expensive,I dont know why.....Things here on this planet seems fine." Jay shrugged and looked over at Veldaris,who was sitting besides him.

Earlier in the day, Vel did hear the bounty that was on Jay's head, but didn't know who it was for but did like the idea of getting money for very little effort since she was a very skilled shooter. She doubted whoever posted the bounty would care since the price was so low but she responded to the person who mentioned the bounty ad that she's consider it for x10 the original amount. She didn't hear back from anyone since, figuring they really didn't care.

Veldaris shakes her head "Because people and corporations on Earth are greedy fuckheads." Daisuke nods in agreement.

The phone (Or whatever communication device,Idk " title="Very Happy" /> ) of Veldaris vibrated with a text.It read:

--Because of many prior actions after the death of Maranan,the World Government has decided to take you up on your offer.$50,000 for the capture of Jay Zokaro.He must be immobile/unconscious when brought to HQ.Be warned,he is very powerful,and is NOT afraid to put up a fight--

"Not everyone....But,like,99%" Jay noted to Diasuke.

Vel replied back asking what the person looked like, and when she found out she dropped her phone, looking like she saw a ghost. When she felt like she could breathe on on her own. She softly asks him, but the others can hear them. "Someone just offered me $50,000 to kill you. Can you tell me why that is?"

Sion and Daisuke look shocked. Which around that time their food arrives.
