Blaise Cameron vs. Stone - The Distance

"3...!"

There goes the bell. Stone won her first Tension match. Yippee.

It took her a few more moments, but Stone finally managed to muster enough will and energy to sit up straight and actually look at the aftermath. Blaise looked like he was finally coming to - slowly. Very slowly. He looked like a mangled, broken mess, and the worse thing is that Stone knew she should have seen this coming. She should've expected Mako to stick her nose in when things got messy, she should've realized that she wouldn't stand for a loss here, to Blaise of all people. She could've warned him and gotten him to safety before any of this happened.

But she didn't. And Stone didn't like what that said about her.

She rolled over and grabbed the ropes tight, using them pull herself up while she looked down on Blaise. Staring at him, trying hard to ignore the deafening wave of condemnation coming from the audience. She just hoped that her words could carry over the peanut gallery. "Sorry."

With that said, Stone dropped down, rolled under the ropes, and took a long, long walk up the ramp.
