[FWC] Mechanic matchup! Ava Landry vs. Silver Peterson

Ava watched as Silver took deep breaths while still wearing that blank facial expression. She was constantly being reminded of Millie by this girl, and it was kind of weirding her out. Why did she always meet the ones who looked emotionless all the time?

Still, despite the similarities, Ava was now painfully aware of what Silver could do when given the time to do so and would tense her legs then leap forwards as Silver straightened her legs out. She grabbed at her fellow Canadian in the hopes of putting her into a submission hold of some kind, only to find herself countered and in a lock up.

She would push all her weight into the lockup in the hopes of pushing Silver back, hoping to knock her opponent back and manage to get her onto the canvas so she could start laying down some real punishment. At least it looked like she'd get to find out how strong her opponent was now.

Silver braced herself and let out a grunt when Ava went at her and tried to grab her, but was able to lock up with the girl. Though she was still hurting in the knees Silver let out a, "Hmph", before tensing up and trying to push Ava back to gain more ground. She could feel Ava all her strength and Silver could feel it, but she wasn't to go down that easy. As their stand still went on, Silver was gearing her body up. She saw things as machines and her body was no different. The gears and pistons in her legs were spinning and pumping, and her engine was just getting starting.

Soon, Silver would push even harder than she did before, slowly trying to walk one step forward at a time, trying to push Ava back. She was like a train on a railway getting ready to go and Ava was her sole passenger for this ride tonight!

Ava couldn't seem to push Silver back, despite her best efforts to do so. As she heard the grunt Silver let out, the pink haired Canadian suddenly felt a distinct sinking feeling in the pit of her stomach, and went about digging her feet into the canvas as much as she could to try and avoid getting pushed back, while still pressing against Silver with more and more of her weight.

Despite the effort, she could feel Silver push her back one step, then two, then three. This girl was strong, at least as strong as Ava was, possible more so, and at the moment she was sure using that strength better.

Silver was able to gain more and more ground as she kept pushing Ava but this girl was pushing back. Eventually she could feel herself getting pushed back slightly, having to take a few steps back. Silver furrowed her eyes as she looked on to Ava in an intense staring contest. This girl was certainly strong, but Silver wasn't going down easily. Grunting again, Silver pushed back with all her strength. The crowd was going wild with the back to back play between the two girls.

Silver let out a sigh before suddenly trying Ava towards her and attempt to grab her by her face and throw her down to the mat! If this worked, Silver would quickly run to the ropes and rebound off of it and try to land a splash on Ava, taking a gamble once again for big power move!

Ava was almost surprised when she felt Silver give way a little, not that she'd ever let that show on her face. She had just started building up her reputation, and wasn't going to squander that on being kind of surprised that she was actually doing alright in a match. That was a surefire way to lose any credibility she had built up.

So Ava stared into Silver's eyes with a determined gaze, pushing back against her opponent with everything she had. That was when suddenly she made headway, straight into Silver's arm, and then down onto her back on the canvas. Ava grunted as she hit the canvas, and tried to get out of the way of the move she could tell was coming. Unfortunately for Ava, she didn't manage it this time, and the pink haired woman let out a loud cough as Silver landed on her, knocking the wind out of her.

Silver was able to land her splash successfully, landing on Ava and quickly straddling the fellow Canadian mechanic to the canvas. Silver would quickly pin Ava's right arm down by her wrist and reel her left arm back, bawling her hand into a fist. She was the type to strike fast, and strike hard. Reeling her hand back, she'd launch her fist directly at Ava's face, aiming to punch her repeatedly down into the mat to completely take the lead!

Ava grunted as she found herself pinned to the canvas, wiggling and struggling against Silver as she tried to escape, attempting to grab at her with her right arm. The only thing this managed to accomplish was getting her armed pinned however, and things looked to be going sour for the pink haired Canadian.

Things looked even worse when Ava looked up and spotted Silver rearing her hand back. With a slight "eep", Ava would push with all her force to angle her body to a side, desperately wanting to not be punched in the face. She managed to move her head just far enough to one side that Silver's fist missed her, but it was close enough that she could feel the wind blast past her face. If Ava took a punch like that straight on, she doubted she'd be awake long enough to complain about how much it hurt.

As Silver fired her fist and aimed it at Ava's face, her opponent quickly forced her body to angle a certain way and narrowly dodged her fist. Instead of punching the Canadian mechanic with full force, Silver would instead slam her fist into the canvas with all her might. Silver's eyes widened as she reeled her hand back and shook it, trying to shake off the pain. She was completely distracted with the sudden shock of pain to her fist, she would pay no mind to the girl she was straddled on top of!

Ava flinched as Silver's fist flew ever closer, tensing up as she expected the other mechanic to punch her square in the face. However, at the sound of a fist colliding with the canvas, her eyes flew back open with a fire of determination in them, one that only grew brighter as she saw her opponent give the only hesitation she had all match as the other mechanic tried to shake the pain out of her hand.

Ava saw her chance and took it, she would grab at the woman straddling her, then would try to throw her knees into Silver's back and knock her off in an attempt to escape.

As Silver shook off the pain, her eyes would widen again when Ava grabbed her and threw her knees into her back! Silver would fall forward and bang headfirst into the canvas, rolling off of Ava and holding her head with one hand. Whilst her expression on her face could hardly give away any signs that she was in pain, Silver did wear an unamused face as she tried to get back to her knees, still holding her head and staring at Ava, although she was a bit woobly.
