Kiara's training session (for Dynamo44)

Kiara stood in the gym looking nervous as well as anxious as she awited one of White Feather's friends who were supposed to help her train today. Kiara stood there wearing her usual kimono and she was barefoot today as she looked around the ring seeing not so familiar faces. "I hope White Feather's friend shows up soon i feel kinda weird just standing here waiting."

Suddenly the door slowly opened and creaked as another figure entered into the room. It was a boy wearing a black sleeveless zippered jacket with a hood over his dark blue hair, a black gag over his mouth, black fingerless gloves, camo shorts, and black high tops

Kiara was still looking around the room when she saw the boy enter and she thought to herself "He looks kinda scary i hope he isn't White Feather's friend."

The boy looked around and then surprised when he saw the girl. But instead of scary, his voice sounded gentle. "Are you Kiara? My name is Shatter Fist." He took off his hood and gag and revealed as a normal young boy about the same age as her. "I'm White Feather's friend and I was asked to give you a training session."

Kiara was alittle surprised when Shatter Fist talked to her "Ah hello yes i'm Kiara and i am ready for some training" Kiara said still alittle nervous.

"OK then." said Shatter Fist as he climbed into the ring. "Uh btw, aren't you cold being barefoot?"

"No i'm pretty warm actually" Kiara said as she was usually barefoot and had gotten used to it "So what type of training do you have in mind"

"Well, we'll try a few submissions and ring techniques before a little practice match." said Shatter Fist.

"Ok sounds good" Kiara said heading towards the deserted ring and slid under the bottom rope and waiting for Shatter Fist to join her.

Shatter Fist joined her and said, "OK, we'll first do ring techniques." He then went to the nearest turnbuckle. "OK, listen up, 'cause this one is a really cool trick that me and my sister, Songbird, enjoy."
