Kiara's training session (for Dynamo44)

"Ok i hope its a high slying move i love those" Kiara said as she was a high flyer and she didn't enjoy anything more than feeling herself flying through the air.

Shatter Fist replied, "Well, first I want you to stand back. Say, if you are caught in this turnbuckle and the opponent's charging at you? A good way to avoid this is to use it against him...or her to say the least." He explained as he went. "One way is to climb quickly onto the ropes onto the turnbuckle and jump over. Then, you can slam the opponent onto it. Double the impact, I say!"

"Wow i never even thought of doing something like that" Kiara said listening intently to Shatter Fist. Kiara knew it would take her some time but she hoped that one day she would be able to fight White Feather on equal terms and she would go through any training to do so.

Shatter Fist said, "OK, Kiara. Why don't you try it? I'll charge and you have to hurry to climb and jump over to double the impact!"

"OK i'll try" Kiara said moving into the corner looking a little nervous as she didn't know if she would be able to move fast enough to avoid Shatter fist.

"Don't be scared, just believe that you can do it. White Feather showed you that." Shatter readied himself to charge. "OK, on my three, you go. 1...2...3...GO!" With that, he started to charge.

Kiara heard Shatter Fist yell 3 and she quickly tried to climb the ropes and et out of the way before Shatter Fist ran in to her.

Shatter was halfway to the turnbuckle and he could see that Kiara got to the turnbuckle in time.

Kiara saw she made it in time as she saw Shatter Fist still running towards her and she decided to wait for the right moment before doing a flip right over Shatter Fist landing on her feet.

Shatter immediately slowed down a little as he got to the turnbuckle and looked up. Kiara was gone! Then, he felt impact from behind and into the turnbuckle by Kiara.
