"The more the merrier its always good to have plenty of friends." She smiled at Momoko before she began eating agian wondering what those two boys had been up to lately.

"Haii," Momoko agreed. She decided to concentrate on her meal for now; she was admittedly a little famished.

Once her plae was clear, she bid Momoko an "Excuse me for a moment," before pulling out her cell phone and fast-dialing Yatori's number.

"(Moshi moshi?)" came against the background of a steady hissing.

"Ah, Yatori-san! Are you done with your match?"

"(Yeah! How'd you know?)"

"It's just like you." Momoko smiled. "So where are you now?"

"(Showering off. You?)"

"Maya-san and I are at the cafeteria. We're just about done eating. Can you meet us here?"

"(Sure! You just sit tight there, you two love birds.)"

Momoko blushed. "Yatori-san!" she protested.

"(Hahaha! Kidding. I'll be there in ten. Wait for me, 'kay?)"

"Haii. Ja ne." She sighed. Yatori-san never changes... Then she smiled at Maya. "Yatori-san will be here in ten minutes, she says. Let's wait for her."

Maya looked at her friend smiling "OK I've eaten my fill any way I'd call those two boys of mine but they are about impossible to get a hold of." Maya sat back in her chair looking up at the ceiling "you know Yatori probably got the wrong idea when she heard mean and you where eating together."

"Souka," Momoko considered. "Still, we should try and contact them. Perhaps fortune will smile on us..."

Maya's last comment made her go red again. "Ah..." How did she know? Did she hear? She grimaced, but remained quite pretty despite her chagrin.

"She did," Momoko admitted, not one to lie. "She called us 'lovebirds'..."

Maya giggled looking at Momoko "I figured she said something when you got all red on the phone though we're not lovebirds obviously." She smiled chuckling before pulling out her phone dialing Brandon's number. The phone rang twice before a person answered.
Brandon: "Hello?"
Maya: "Hey Brandon its me Maya."
Brandon:"Hey whats up?"
Maya:"I was wondering if you and Alex would like to met up with me and some of my friends."
Brandon:"Sounds fine let me ask Alex he's right here. Hey you want to hang out with Maya and her friends?"
Alexander: "Sure fine with me."
Brandon:"Yeah he's cool were you guys at?"
Maya: "The cafeteria."
Brandon:"We'll be there in ten."
Maya:"Alright see you."
MAya closed her phone smiling before looking back at Momoko "yeah there coming."

Momoko returned the smile. "That is good. Do you see them often?"

Maya shook her head sighing "no not that much any more so when we do get to see each other we usually spend the whole day together but that is only once in a while."

"You sound like very good friends." Momoko paused as she thought over a topic. "Pardon me for asking... but is one of them your boyfriend?"

Maya's eyes widened at Momoko's question she blushed looking down "well um..." she thought back to when her and Alex kissed the feelings that night were so strong it made her warm now. It was joining this league that kept them apart but when they were together sparks always flew. She looked up shaking her head "no actually."

Momoko sensed that Maya did like one of them, but realized that it would be impolite of her to press the matter. "Wakatta," she said. "I see. I'm sorry for bringing up an embarrassing topic..."
