The crowd might’ve thought Valley’s move was funny - and, okay, it was and was sort of meant to be. But just because it looked silly didn’t mean it wasn’t effective. Tripping Edward up like this gave her an immediate opening, dropping him flat on her chest with her directly behind him, in a perfect position to seize the opportunity she’d created. It wasn’t something she would waste.

He’d only just hit the canvas before Valley pounced, leaping up and dropping down to sit on the small of his back, legs splayed out. That wouldn’t keep him down for long, so she was quick to make something good out of it.

Reaching forward, she grabbed his chin from behind and pulled it up, forcing the rest of his upper body to follow suit. Her legs came under his arms, planted on the mat, and just like that, she’d secured him in a wrestling classic - the Camel Clutch. She lacked the size and strength to make him tap out like this, but it would wear down his back, sap his strength, and leave him open for a few other ideas she was formulating.

While the comical trip surprised him, but Edward was quick to try and push himself back up...only for Valley Doll to jump on him, planting her butt on his back and dropping him flat to the mat, getting a pained yelp out of the teenager. Funny enough, there was one point where he probably would have paid money to have Valley Doll sit on him...but not actually like this, and certainly not if it was going to be followed by what came next.

Before he could recover, Valley had his arms trapped, and was pulling tight under his chin, locking in the powerful Camel Clutch hold, making him grit his teeth and groan in the tight hold, kicking his legs against the mat, while Valley's fanbase cheered the experienced woman on.

Luckily for Edward though, Valley Doll, either forgetting, or simply not caring, hadn't moved him from where he had tripped, which was still right near the ropes. As a result, it didn't take long before he managed to snag a boot onto the bottom rope, the ref girl tapping Valley on the shoulder and telling her to break the hold!

The Camel Clutch did its job for the small time Valley had it locked on, wearing on Edward and sapping away some of that stamina. She was half-aware of the position, and knew there was only so much time she could squeeze out of it, but it was an effective move all the same - even holding it for a few seconds would slow him down enough to widen the gap in speed between. Enough to seize the advantage? She couldn't say, but they’d find out soon.

He reached the ropes, easy enough, showing ring awareness that not everyone had, especially at that age - herself included. Had to stop underestimating this man.

The referee started tapping on Valley’s shoulder, and the Slamazon popped to her feet her only a couple of seconds later, bouncing away on her heels and giving him some space to rise. Wanting to see how he’d proceed again, she waited for  him to rise and began to move around his perimeter in a crouch, occasionally juking towards him to psyche him out a little. Baiting him, waiting to see if he’d lunge or make a move she could exploit.

Though it only lasted a few seconds, the camel clutch was painful enough to make those seconds really, really suck for Edward. Many wrestlers hated the clutch, and for good reason, as it fucked with the spine. Luckily, Ed was flexible and young, so there wasn't MUCH damage, but what little there was wasn't pleasant, and he was glad to have grabbed the rope early on.

Valley was generous, letting him get to his feet, rubbing his back, the teen looking over at her, trying to gauge what she was thinking. ]i]"Cmon Ed. Be cool. Don't let her see you sweat. Don't let her think she's in your head. Say something confident, that sounds like you still got this!"[/i] he thought, before opening his mouth.

"You know, I once told someone I would've paid cash to have Valley Doll sit on me...but I didn't mean like that!" is what came out of his mouth instead.

"...You fucking idiot..." he mentally chastised himself as Valley crouched and feinted towards him, actually making him step back before realizing it was a fake out. Shit. This wasn't good. He had his back nearly against the ropes, Valley was clearly getting ready to pounce and try to take him out, and he was in no position to try anything clever, as she'd likely counter him...not much offensive options...

So, he chose to retreat instead, dropping and slipping through the nearby ropes, turning in mid air to land on his feet, wincing as the landing made his still recovering back twinge. Not the most noble move, and the crowd began to boo him for it, which made him feel bad about it...but he had to play it smart, and this was the smart move to make at the moment.

In the moment between Edward speaking and her attacking, Valley had just enough time to reflect on how long it had been since she’d really been around ‘men’. Oh, she crossed paths with them from time to time in her non-wrestling hours, and there were even a few in the Friction stage crew that she was on a first name basis with, but in general? None of her friends were guys. She’d forgotten how silly they could be.

Maybe it was time she changed that up? Maybe.

Edward’s ‘joke’ brought a smile to her face, but she didn’t have time to really indulge in the moment. Before she could charge in, her opponent slipped through the ropes, heading out of the ring to make a retreat. Smart of him. A lot of guys would’ve stayed put, tried to hold their ground, and she would’ve had the chance to run them over. It was the smart play...but it wouldn’t save him.

The moment he touched down, Valley bolted in the opposite direction, moving full steam across the arena. She hit the ropes to build up steam, came dashing towards him, leaped at the last moment and came sliding towards Edward under the bottom rope with her feet out, looking to hit him with a baseball slide.

It wasn't a move he was proud of, bailing the ring like that. Made him feel like a coward. Like he should have stayed and attacked.

But that was foolish.

Sure, he had youth on his side, bombshell though she was, Valley was nearly twice his age, but that didn't give him every advantage. He wasn't a powerhouse who could plow through her, she had the technical edge on him, and retreat was just the best option.

He wasnt outside the ring long when he heard the sound of boots hitting the mat, looking up to see Valley charging towards the ropes. Swiftly, the pink and white clad teenager moved to the side just as the woman slid, her boots nearly cracking his bare chest. On instinct, he'd grab around those wonderful, powerful legs, and pull as hard as he could, trying to drag her out of the ring and let her body drop to the floor!

Ugh, Valley wished was flexible enough to kick herself in the head. Really shouldn’t have been gone for the baseball slide like this - it was too easy to telegraph, especially with a guy who could keep up to her level of speed. That was always the risk with attacking from the inside of the ring to the outside - high rewards, high risks.

That lesson was painfully demonstrated as Edward grabbed her legs, stopping her attack dead. On instinct, she grabbed the ropes and clutched tight, hoping that might save her from what was coming.

It didn’t.

Valley was yanked out of the ring and splatted hard on the canvas, crying out after the impact. She stayed in a fixed position, leg bent and arms up, before her body relaxed and her limbs flopped down, leaving her helpless as she hissed from the pain.

Edward had to wince as Valley smacked onto the floor. Even with padding over the concrete, the sound of meat smacking onto the hard floor was never a fun sound, and knowing it was one of his idols taking that plunge just made it feel worse.

Still, that was the name of the game, and if the pink and white clad scottish teen wanted to get the biggest win of his career, this is what he had to do! The soreness in his back easing up a little, the blonde climbed onto the ring apron, walking over to the corner turnbuckle poll, before pointing at the fallen Valley, indicating to the crowd he had something big planned. Indeed he did. Finally, it was time to show that he could fly.

"Heads up!" he yelled as he started running, clearing a quarter of the aprons length before he leaped off of it, flipping himself backwards in mid air before trying to crash down onto the prone Doll with a shooting star press!

...you know, it was probably a good thing that Valley wiped out like this. As a high-flyer, it was healthy to mess up every now and then, so you realized the risk you ran with the style and learned to pick your spots. A little bit of fear could be a healthy thing.

Didn’t make it hurt any less in the moment, though. Woo, boy.

Valley had to take a moment before she could properly regain her faculties. Groaning, she started to sit up, getting halfway erect before she heard Edward cry out. Looking up, she had just enough time to note the form in his Shooting Star Press - picture perfect, in her opinion - before he came crashing down on her chest, hammering her back into the floor.

This, naturally, hurt, too. Maybe even worse than the crash a moment ago, as the floor provided not cushion from below, forcing the full damage on her. This broke Valley into a squealing fit, one that had her rolling about on the floor, tossing left and right as she cradled her aching chest.

Unlike Valley, Edward's fall was mostly cushioned by the soft body of a beautiful woman, so he was mostly unharmed from his bold attack...except for his knees, which, though padded, still banged hard on the covered concrete, and he rolled over to wince and grab at them, while Valley squealed beside him. He would have felt bad, but...it was a match and all. Valley was a pro, she knew exactly what she was signing up for.

His knees soothed for now, he got to his booted feet and moved over the the squirming adult, grabbing her arm and the back of her neck, respectfully avoiding grabbing her hair, and started pulling her up to her feet. "I uh...really hope I didn't headbutt your boobs..." he said, in an awkward, but well meaning manner as he forced her up to her feet.

This was risky, what he was planning to do...Valley could very easily turn this against him in a number of ways...but damn it, this was a rare chance to do something impressive, and he wasn't going to waste it!

Once he had the California woman up on shaky feet, he let her go, hopping onto the apron and grabbing the ropes, quickly jumping onto and bouncing off the middle rope to leap backwards into the air, then, in a surprising display of agility and flexibility, turning himself over and around in a complete corkscrew, his years of trampoline gymnastics in the backyard serving him to do a picture perfect Phoenix Splash, which, if Valley didn't move, would see him crash his bare chest into hers, taking her back down to the ground, with his face perfectly nestled between her shapely firm breasts!

...Unless she moved, in which case, his artistic flip would end with him splatting down on the padded concrete like a bug hitting a windshield!
